SESPOD deleted all our products DON’T USE IT. We had to close our webshop due to SPOD deleting all products (over 130!) without any communication. This is their answer when I contacted customer service: Hello Tom, Thank you for your email. We’re very sorry to inform you that the products were deleted by our devs due to an ugly bug they found. Unfortunately, the products had to be deleted for good to get rid of this bug. According to them, you would have to create your products again. NLLimited experiance The backend of SPOD is limited as the catalogues is compared to its competitors. The asset manager needs to be upgraded, if you have a lot of assets it is not easy to manage. You guys made heavy use of AJAX but it isn't working well with the dashboard as you can loose information. we need bulk publish as adding per product is time taking, this also comes because the publishing is really really slow.

ATEasy to use Super experience so far. Easy to use. Order fulfilled and shipped quickly. Print quality is really good. I love how my brand is represented!

NOOrder production never started The order has been «awaiting production” for so long that the order didn’t reach my customer in time neither for Christmas nor for new year celebration despite “Express” delivery. Had to cancel the order and go to another POD service which is indeed “on demand” and not “we print when we feel like doing that”. Very disappointed

GBUnfortunately I have been unable to use… Unfortunately I have been unable to use SPOD due to an issue with their website not accepting payments. Going back and forth with them has been somewhat painful as they keep telling me it is my card provider even though my card provider has assured me no transactions have been blocked and there are no restrictions on my card. Might as well talk to a brick wall. Account deleted and will be finding another provider for US orders.
