The company has gone down fast and… The company has gone down fast and furiously recently. I had been very pleased with their production turnaround, quality and service until I had an issue with one of my orders sitting idly for nearly 5 weeks. I sent emails but never received responses. If call in the middle of the day only to be told that I was calling outside of business hours. Finally after numerous social media posts, I was told that the order simply got missed. The order then turned around on a dime and received within a couple days. I also received personal phone calls apologizing for the delays and offered a significant discount on my next order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and place a subsequent order for another product. Deja vu set in after a month with no movement on the order. Sent emails... No response. Called and got a response and a shrug about why the order was still 'processing.' Was told id receive an email soon with a resolution. A week later no email, one more phone call and yet another hands in the air. The last straw. Canceled the order. DO NOT order from this company at ALL costs.
