GBExceedingly disappointing customer support experience Exceedingly disappointing customer support experience. Did a test order on behalf of my company. The order was not reflected in the account history. On 11-01-23, I sent a message through the website as well as to the support email provided. No reply. 12-04-23 sent a follow-up email. No reply. We will not be using this service.
