USWaste of money I tried to use Mailform to send some government documents to myself due to the ongoing pandemic. You'd think that this would be pretty basic but the documents arrived in a laughably terrible format. Instead of a normal 8.5 x 11 portrait orientation the documents were in landscape orientation with the actual text taking up 1/3 of the page and being almost too small to be legible. I know that I double checked my documents in the preview function that was available and I honestly have no idea how something so basic could be screwed up so badly.

THi sent 2 certified legal documents… i sent 2 certified legal documents using their service and never received confirmation that the documents where mailed. i called their customer service number and only got a recording. i think this could be a Mailroom cold be mail fraud?
