GBNo Printer I placed an order for a popular HP laser printer because our business printer failed. Ecommerce Business Prime showed it as "In Stock" at their Amazon storefront, so I placed the order and my card was charged. They advised me that the product had shipped through UPS. The provided tracking number did not indicate that there had actually been a shipment, only that there had been a shipping ticket created. When I questioned the eCommerce agent, she said UPS had lost the shipment and that I would receive a refund in 24 to 48 hours. Is this company "borrowing" buyers funds by charging for products they don't have? Scam?
