poor atention to detail and customer service these guys are about as unhelpful ad is humanly possible. everything the do is shoddy. they do not seem to listen properly to what they are being asked to do and their attention to detail is very poor. all in all a very poor customer experience, their phone centre staff are mostly rude that's if u can get through to someone with out being cut off ten times first

Also hired Logo Design Pros years ago - they’re scum I also hired them years ago, and received marginal service. Now I receive semi regular spam/scam messages that someone wants to trademark my business name. As if. Logo Design Pros are scum.
