CABeware. They try to scam you after you get work done by them. I had a logo created by them about 10 years ago and they keep sending me emails telling me (like others have mentioned) that if I don’t register then I’ll be in trademark infringement. I called and it’s actually them and they want a lot of money to keep my logo and my name. My business name has nothing to do with them. I’m registered with that name with corporate registries. This company is looking to scam people. BEWARE! *copy of email they keep sending* Good day, Hope you are in good health. This is Frank Collins, Sr. Paralegal Officer at Logo Design Pros. We have worked with you in the past. We would like to bring to your knowledge that some other applicant applied for the Trademark application for the same business name as yours, but if we proceed with their application and if they get the federal ownership and protection for the mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law. The application is being filed with United States Patent & Trademark Office, for the trademark registration from the state of North Carolina. Upon searching the business name in our database, your information popped up. Therefore, since you are an existing customer at Logo Design Pros, our internal policy suggests giving you the priority over the new applicant and to confirm whether would you be interested in reserving the federal trademark rights under your ownership for your business name, If you're not willing to register the trademark, then we’ll have to register the federal trademark for the other applicant with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, as Trademarks are provided on first come first serve basis, not on first use. We would appreciate your prompt response, as the other applicant is still on hold until we receive your response. In case of no contact from you within the next 24 hours, the other applicant will be given the opportunity to begin their registration following standard examination and filing procedure with United States Patent & Trademark Office. As per the Act of 1946 §§ 1051 et seq, it is mandatory to register your mark to hold the ownership rights federally. Let me know if you have any questions. Best Regards, Frank Collins | Sr. Paralegal Officer | Logo Design Pros

CAUnless you are ready for a lifetime of… Unless you are ready for a lifetime of unrelenting calls trying to get you to buy something else from these guys, take a hard pass. I wish I had paid more with someone else just to avoid the consistent calls. I’ve asked nicely, cused them but neither works. Now I just hang up as soon as they say logo design.
