Does not fullfil what they have promised Be careful in investing with Designing Avenue. Make sure you get clarity on what will be delivered before coming to an agreement. I had multiple bad experiences with them. Some got sorted after long emails, while some they do not care. Once they get money the do not even value you as a customer. I am giving them 2 star just because they have few good workers who can meet your needs. But they need more money

Worst Web Developers In Modern History There's no rating for a -0. So I'll be the one to rate them below the most negative number there is. Totally horrible service and definitely NO Compassion for the customer and their needs. Don't do business with this company because they will rip you off quicker than you can turn your head!!!!!!!

Unbelievable Caring Service! I recently needed help posting an event that was happening less than 24 hours from the time I called. I had originally called someone else but they never came through for me. I called on a Friday at 4PM, very near closing time, and Alex Stevenson answered and decided to stay late and do what it took to create a fantastic ad. It went out that evening and I got an excellent response. It is rare to find someone willing to go that extra mile and I so appreciate the attitude and support I got from the Designs Avenue. I will, of course, use them again for my marketing needs. Thank you!!!!

Such a fraudulent "company" truly the… UPDATE: They keep calling me over and over and over again plane games pretending like they have no clue who I am "an upset customer" and then the number that they left on here telling me to call them at "customer service" is the same number the always call me on its not some special number for customer service, more like customer harassment. Then to top it off today was the wrong day for them to call me because I told them they had terrible service and there quality of work sucks "PG version" and now they keep calling me over and over again and saying one word and hanging up back to back..... Its crazy obvious that this is more likely what they do for a living, NOT "making logos". Such a fraudulent "company" truly the most unprofessional experience i have ever delt with. They blackmail you after they take your initial payment bye selling you extra packages you dont need and if you decide not to pay them more money they tell you they will re sell your logo. Not to mention the lack of communication skills on the phone. They degraded my business partner on a conference call. They still never provided us with the finalized product. What they did send us was in the wrong colors and you never get customer service without being talked over or about as if you did wrong. Any logo company i ever delt with in the past sends your logo that includes a small medium and large size logo along with a transparent logo as well. These people cant or wont do their job and refuse to refund you for the services that They advertise for yet the did not provide. Unless you want to be blackmailed do not use this company I dont think they are a USA company because they are all about blackmailing you over your own money that they refuse to refund.

Scam artists Scam artists. Will charge you hundreds of dollars and screw you around. Then when you tell them you don't want to pay 600 for them to do the copyright. They'll harass you and email you from fake accounts pretending to be from the US copyright office. As well as phoning pretending to be from the copyright office.
