Then to top it off today was the wrong day for them to call me because I told them they had terrible service and there quality of work sucks "PG version" and now they keep calling me over and over again and saying one word and hanging up back to back..... They blackmail you after they take your initial payment bye selling you extra packages you dont need and if you decide not to pay them more money they tell you they will re sell your logo. Not to mention the lack of communication skills on the phone. They degraded my business partner on a conference call. They still never provided us with the finalized product. What they did send us was in the wrong colors and you never get customer service without being talked over or about as if you did wrong. Any logo company i ever delt with in the past sends your logo that includes a small medium and large size logo along with a transparent logo as well. These people cant or wont do their job and refuse to refund you for the services that They advertise for yet the did not provide. Unless you want to be blackmailed do not use this company I dont think they are a USA company because they are all about blackmailing you over your own money that they refuse to refund.

They promise and promise things and charge you out of no where for random things that you do not need. Do not give them anymore payments or CC Info. I started my website project with them 2/09/20 and as of today 8/23/21 still NOTHING!!!

Does not fullfil what they have promised Be careful in investing with Designing Avenue. Make sure you get clarity on what will be delivered before coming to an agreement. I had multiple bad experiences with them. Some got sorted after long emails, while some they do not care. Once they get money the do not even value you as a customer. I am giving them 2 star just because they have few good workers who can meet your needs. But they need more money
