Started working with them 1/21/20 for a… Started working with them 1/21/20 for a online store website. As of today 1/1/21 I still don't have a website and they have been paid 1325.00. Have went thru 3 customer support person and nothing has happened. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for anything. My contract says 100% Money Back Guarantee hoping this works but nothing so far. Have tried to contact them again today and nothing happens will be contacting a lawyer for help.

SCAMMERS AND LIARS This website is a complete scam and are liars. I started a dispute case with my bank and they told my bank that I never asked for a refund. Luckily, I saved ALL my recordings, I demanded an e-mail with a refund receipt, and screenshot all my text messages from them. They are liars, crooks, and scam artist. Make sure to never call them because once your card is on file with them, they will illegal use it as they did to mine. I am still disputing a case with them. These people need to be shut down and reported to the local police. File as many reports as possible so they can be shut down. You can also report them on the usa.gov website.

We approached the designs avenue for our new brand South Mountain Vetus to work upon, since, we have plan to go global and our decision to try The Designs Avenue has been the best bet. They promise and promise things and charge you out of no where for random things that you do not need. Do not give them anymore payments or CC Info. Once they have that they continue to charge the card. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. WORST customer service, they can't really be understood, literally the worst experience. I started my website project with them 2/09/20 and as of today 8/23/21 still NOTHING!!!
