We approached the designs avenue for our new brand South Mountain Vetus to work upon, since, we have plan to go global and our decision to try The Designs Avenue has been the best bet. We got tremendous outreach from the clients and they literally loved our animation, website and logo for which we are thankful to The Designs Avenue.

I first thought the idea would be too difficult to achieve, but speaking to Thomas gave me the confidence to go through with the idea. Thomas has put in place a website that is exactly how I envisaged it in my mind onto the world wide web. I am not an IT person but Tom has guided me through the entire process far beyond my expectations. Overall, Thomas and The Designs Avenue have combined great professionalism with a personal touch. I can strongly recommend their services to anyone.

Design Avenue is a scam Design Avenue is a scam. Don't ever do business with them especially with a sales person called Alex Stevenson. We made contact with Design Avenue via Bark and the beginning, Alex was very cordial but aggressive which should have been our first clue to pull back but our team lead went along and signed a contract with him. After the contract was sign, Alex called back stating that he needed an extra $1000.00 for customer plugin. We became very suspicious but continued our relationship. Alex promised us that our website will be LIVE the week of July 15. He then kept calling our team lead wanting to sell a mobile app. We had a meeting and decided that we would pursue a mobile app after our website is LIVE. When Alex realize that we are not going to purchase a mobile app, he and his project manager Jerry Parson stopped answering our calls and emails. We were then told that Jerry tested positive for COVID but will be returning to work yesterday and will be able to give us an update. We have not heard back from Alex or Jerry. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DESIGN AVENUE AND PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ALEX STEVENSON. Also, be careful when choosing any professional from Bark. Alex is not a professional and he's not the president of Design Avenue as he stated to us which can be verified on tape.

Does not fullfil what they have promised Be careful in investing with Designing Avenue. Make sure you get clarity on what will be delivered before coming to an agreement. I had multiple bad experiences with them. Some got sorted after long emails, while some they do not care. Once they get money the do not even value you as a customer. I am giving them 2 star just because they have few good workers who can meet your needs. But they need more money

SCAM ARTIST!! STAY AWAY!! They have been harassing me for over a year. Talked me into paying for it, I did it, and now a year later calling again for money to do it again! Calling and pretending they are from the patent office, copyright office, you name it. Huges scan artist, please stay away, they do nothing but rob you of money and you never receive what you pay for!
