We approached the designs avenue for our new brand South Mountain Vetus to work upon, since, we have plan to go global and our decision to try The Designs Avenue has been the best bet. We got tremendous outreach from the clients and they literally loved our animation, website and logo for which we are thankful to The Designs Avenue.

I had multiple bad experiences with them. Some got sorted after long emails, while some they do not care. Once they get money the do not even value you as a customer. I am giving them 2 star just because they have few good workers who can meet your needs. But they need more money

Started working with them 1/21/20 for a… Started working with them 1/21/20 for a online store website. As of today 1/1/21 I still don't have a website and they have been paid 1325.00. Have went thru 3 customer support person and nothing has happened. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for anything. My contract says 100% Money Back Guarantee hoping this works but nothing so far. Have tried to contact them again today and nothing happens will be contacting a lawyer for help.

Unbelievable Caring Service! I recently needed help posting an event that was happening less than 24 hours from the time I called. I had originally called someone else but they never came through for me. I called on a Friday at 4PM, very near closing time, and Alex Stevenson answered and decided to stay late and do what it took to create a fantastic ad.
