My husband trusted them to do a good job and make him a website but he got scammed and they took all his money with no website in return. YES, even though they claim they have a guarantee money back return policy, they still took all my husbands money! On top of all this, we found out that they have been scamming people under different websites and company names, such as instalogostudio.com or logodesignavenue.com who knows there is probably many others. BEWARE of them!!! They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Once they take your money they start saying you need to pay more for the things you were already promised and that you PAID for! Please, look elsewhere because these people will do anything to get as much money out of you as they can, and will not live up to their promises! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

Totally horrible service and definitely NO Compassion for the customer and their needs. Don't do business with this company because they will rip you off quicker than you can turn your head!!!!!!!

Design Avenue is a scam Design Avenue is a scam. Don't ever do business with them especially with a sales person called Alex Stevenson. We made contact with Design Avenue via Bark and the beginning, Alex was very cordial but aggressive which should have been our first clue to pull back but our team lead went along and signed a contract with him. After the contract was sign, Alex called back stating that he needed an extra $1000.00 for customer plugin. We became very suspicious but continued our relationship. Alex promised us that our website will be LIVE the week of July 15. He then kept calling our team lead wanting to sell a mobile app. We had a meeting and decided that we would pursue a mobile app after our website is LIVE. When Alex realize that we are not going to purchase a mobile app, he and his project manager Jerry Parson stopped answering our calls and emails. We were then told that Jerry tested positive for COVID but will be returning to work yesterday and will be able to give us an update. We have not heard back from Alex or Jerry. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DESIGN AVENUE AND PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ALEX STEVENSON. Also, be careful when choosing any professional from Bark. Alex is not a professional and he's not the president of Design Avenue as he stated to us which can be verified on tape.

I first thought the idea would be too difficult to achieve, but speaking to Thomas gave me the confidence to go through with the idea. Thomas has put in place a website that is exactly how I envisaged it in my mind onto the world wide web. I am not an IT person but Tom has guided me through the entire process far beyond my expectations. Overall, Thomas and The Designs Avenue have combined great professionalism with a personal touch. Does not fullfil what they have promised Be careful in investing with Designing Avenue. Make sure you get clarity on what will be delivered before coming to an agreement. I had multiple bad experiences with them. Some got sorted after long emails, while some they do not care. Once they get money the do not even value you as a customer.
