CAScam artists Scam artists. Will charge you hundreds of dollars and screw you around. Then when you tell them you don't want to pay 600 for them to do the copyright. They'll harass you and email you from fake accounts pretending to be from the US copyright office. As well as phoning pretending to be from the copyright office.

GBBunch of Scam Artists - STAY AWAY!!! In April of 2020 I had a movie logo designed for an Independent Film I have been working on. I bought the $199 Logo Plus package with "100 % Ownership Rights" after I paid for the life time copyright additionally in which was never mentioned or said on their website. 2 years later I had the complete misfortune of this company reaching out to me and telling me my 2 year copyright was up. Wanting to avoid any legal trouble I agreed to renew for 5 years, then told I had to do another step in order to "secure my copyright." This was the publication/notarization. Afterwards I'm told I can't have my logo without going through trademark next, then finally website/business registration. I asked if this was the "final fee" in order to "own" my logo and they told me it was. A couple weeks later I was contacted by their "legal department" Keith Fernandez and told I need a "finalization" fee and FINALLY they needed some information from me. No contracts, no agreements, no paperwork from these guys the entire time. But they wanted my business EIN, driver's license and so on. I told them "no." I already spent $6995 for the above mentioned "fees" to attempt and own the logo I was supposed to have "ownership" of years ago and told I needed to spend ANOTHER $4,000 in order to finalize everything. Kevin Jones "attempted" illegally to be my "attorney" and told me I would be receiving "penalty fees" for not paying the final fee. I asked for a refund which I was also told "no." I ended our final call by telling them there is nothing more to discuss. Afterwards I went to my bank and filed fraud for NEVER receiving anything above in which I paid for with no "documentation" of any kind. Within the next 2 days they've been calling at least 2 - 3 times with no voicemails. This company will use "big" words and a lot of legal terms, consistently interrupt you when you speak, talk down to you, give you false information, incorrect deadlines and so on in order to use scare tactics on you to pay all these so called fees. I will be having another graphic designer design me a new logo as I will be scrapping the one these crooks made for me. Great logo, but a lot of false information and harassment with years to follow. They aren't worth anyone's time. If they decide to take things further I welcome it in the court of law. Stay away!

GBDesign Avenue is a scam Design Avenue is a scam. Don't ever do business with them especially with a sales person called Alex Stevenson. We made contact with Design Avenue via Bark and the beginning, Alex was very cordial but aggressive which should have been our first clue to pull back but our team lead went along and signed a contract with him. After the contract was sign, Alex called back stating that he needed an extra $1000.00 for customer plugin. We became very suspicious but continued our relationship. Alex promised us that our website will be LIVE the week of July 15. He then kept calling our team lead wanting to sell a mobile app. We had a meeting and decided that we would pursue a mobile app after our website is LIVE. When Alex realize that we are not going to purchase a mobile app, he and his project manager Jerry Parson stopped answering our calls and emails. We were then told that Jerry tested positive for COVID but will be returning to work yesterday and will be able to give us an update. We have not heard back from Alex or Jerry. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DESIGN AVENUE AND PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ALEX STEVENSON. Also, be careful when choosing any professional from Bark. Alex is not a professional and he's not the president of Design Avenue as he stated to us which can be verified on tape.

GDThis review is on behalf of IAM… This review is on behalf of IAM Grenada, who at the moment is in a contract with the company the design avenue.according to the contract they were supposed to have the website up and running by the middle of July but now stating no later than November. These guys have prove to be non professionals who do not follow up on contract.they are procrastinators, lacks communication skills and make petty excuses when deadlines are not reach, such as the person working on your project is on sick leave or am not at work today always with an apology but will resort to the same attitude.I am of the opinion that they are holding back completion for their own purpose due to the fact that I am Grenada refused to purchase something they don't need.Base on this experience I would not advise anyone to do business with this company.

GBSTAY AWAY… FAR AWAY I’d give these people a negative review if it was possible. I had them make me a logo. I paid for the logo and whatever else they said was required for the logo. All in all I think I paid around $500. I used the logo on my website and my Instagram account for about a year. (January 23)After which they started calling asking for more money, telling me I can be fined $10,000 if I don’t agree to send them more money. I informed them the business I created didn’t last and I don’t have any money to send them, the guy on the phone started berating me and threatened to sell my logo to someone else (as if I cared). A few days later I got a call from a different guy saying the same thing “you need to reregister your logo for $500”. I told this guy what happened with the previous guy and then blocked their phone numbers. Today, January 24 I received a text telling me that I am in violation of all these different codes if I continue to use the logo I paid for. I don’t actually care because I don’t even do the business anymore but it speaks to how crooked this company and it’s employees are. The text was even signed “head of legal services”. STAY AWAY… FAR AWAY!!!
