Horrible experience!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Unless, of course, you want to suffer through 30 revisions where people who barely speak English insult you and ignore your instructions, only to walk away with a logo that looks like it was designed by a 3rd grader.

I had them create a Logo 4 years ago I had them create a Logo 4 years ago, today they called trying to convince me that I needed to register my company as a trademark. After I interrogated them for 15 minutes, it turns out that this company was given my info by the real Logo Matics, and their goal is to have me pay them hundreds of $$ to registrer my trademark, when in fact if this is true, I can register my trademark for $79.00. Do not do business with LoGo Matics, since they sell your info to crooks trying to make an extra buck!

Trademark Scam, Reported to FTC!!!!!! I was contacted by a "Shane Grey" subject claiming to be from "Logometics". This moron couldn't even spell the company name right. He claimed to be from the Legal Department. They, once again, contact me via phone and text about somebody trying to trademark my business name. I already looked into this and know this to be false. The phone number was 209-260-9473. I called him out on his BS, and he said "Anyone can leave reviews online". LMAO this guy is really bad at his job. I reported them to the FTC, and you should too. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRADEMARK SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Amateur and a scam! Amateur and a scam! It took over a week to get just one logo done. Received 2 drafts that were so amateur, my 10 year old could've created it on his computer. I literally sent an image I found in a Google search, sent it to them and said "copy this" in order to get a logo that was acceptable. They had convinced me to upgrade to a package that included social media pages and stationary and I never received anything. When I called demanding a refund, the man on the phone said, oh the social media and stationary portions are being finalized right now and will be in your account shortly (total lie!). They just didn't want to give me my refund. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
