GBGreat service but scummy tactics. Great service but scummy tactics. I ordered a logo from them more than a year ago, the service itself was iffy, but the end result was fantastic - so I let it slide. Roll on to a few months ago, "Logomatics" / "Logo Design Pros" emailed me in regards to a trademark request. I politely informed them that I do not wish to register one, as I am not currently using the business (that I got the logo made for). They repeatedly insisted that it is a legal requirement, and I forfeit my usage of the logo if the "other party" is interested in the trademark. After multiple messages they left me alone. Then tonight I receive another of the exact email, so I decide to Google it. Only to find many others have suffered the same issue, I guess it's their attempt to suck more money out of prior customers. To top it off, they've repeatedly tried to call me asking if I want another logo. Scummy..

USLogo trademark scam Used the once 10 years ago and now they keep sending me emails about a logo I had done and it infringes on someone else, which it doesn't. So I'm posting here again and reported it to the US government scam alert department. I will continue to. Please do the same.
