GBNot taking responsibility for broken merch Sent me a toner cartridge with a bad chip and won't grant a refund. Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. 3 calls in - no resolution - no projected date of resolution.

GBSCAM? Probably. As far as I am concerned this company is a total scam. I ordered a printer part 3/25/24. Credit card was charges 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I called (well past the max 7 day deliver time) & left voice msg requesting a return call per instructions, since "all their customer service representatives were busy" for as long as I could remain on hold. No call back. I emailed them on 4/9/24 & told them they had 24 hours to deliver or contact me with a reason why. No reply. I just opened a formal dispute with my credit card company & had the charges removed. Also, emailed them officially canceling the order in writing. I report, you decide.

GBTotal Rip-Off Business They are a rip-off charging people's cards and not delivering any product. The order doesn't even show on the account when you log in. They took the money and ran. Do not do business with them. They don't answer your calls or emails. They all need to be arrested and put in jail.

GBSomething is "off" I've been ordering from this company for a few years, and have always received excellent service. Products arrived on time and were good quality. However, something is "way off". I've been attempting throughout December, 2023, to place an order. No one picks up the phone even when called at different hours on multiple days, and when leaving a message the call is never returned. I've also sent emails with no response. I'm wondering if this company is going out of business or lost its employees. It's January, and I will now be ordering from one of their competitors.

GBRun from QuickShip Toner. Quick Ship Toner sent me two toner cartridges. One lasted for 20% of its expected life and when installing the second cartridge it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer when my professional copy service technician installed it. Quick ship says too bad and refused to address the issue. I disputed the original charge to my credit card and was denied credit because Quick Ship says technically it is out of the warranty period by a few days. This outfit couldn't care less about its customers and is unwilling to stand behind its products. If you buy from Quick Ship Toner you are on your own with no recourse if you receive defective product.
