Never buy item form this store Never buy item form this store. I didn't get my order over half month even I track the order almost everyday. The customer service does tell u that they shipped the item but actually not. After half month, CS said the order will be shipped by "fairly fast" delivery after I complained lots everyday. You have to prepare you couldn't get the order within half month if you don't like to track,call, supervise, and emails for pushing the delivery everyday .

What a deal! I can't believe I had been spending so much on toner all these years. My sister recommended your services and I am so thankful I took her advice. Spending $16 per toner cartridge rather than around $75 is HUGE - plus the added bonus of having it delivered right to my doorstep! - and I can still recycle the used cartridges at the local office supply store. Thrilled customer here!

SCAM? Probably. As far as I am concerned this company is a total scam. I ordered a printer part 3/25/24. Credit card was charges 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I called (well past the max 7 day deliver time) & left voice msg requesting a return call per instructions, since "all their customer service representatives were busy" for as long as I could remain on hold. No call back. I emailed them on 4/9/24 & told them they had 24 hours to deliver or contact me with a reason why. No reply. I just opened a formal dispute with my credit card company & had the charges removed. Also, emailed them officially canceling the order in writing. I report, you decide.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Normally I don't go by the reviews and I have no issues with other companies. This one... I ordered 2 toners for $35. Confirmation email only. Never shipped. I called, they said it wasn't in stock, no communication. All of a sudden I got A TONER by mail. Completely the wrong toner. I paid for two, and got one... the wrong one! Better business bureau... no point in talking about it. It'll be too much to even ship it back get my money back and still get the right toners I paid for. Use another company

I have been ordering Ink from this… I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.
