Never buy item form this store Never buy item form this store. I didn't get my order over half month even I track the order almost everyday. The customer service does tell u that they shipped the item but actually not. After half month, CS said the order will be shipped by "fairly fast" delivery after I complained lots everyday. You have to prepare you couldn't get the order within half month if you don't like to track,call, supervise, and emails for pushing the delivery everyday .

DO NOT order from this company Do not order from this company. My credit card was charged nearly three weeks ago and I still haven't received the product (or even shipping/tracking information). Customer Service keeps telling me the order is being processed by another warehouse but they never provide any updates. I finally told them to cancel and issue a refund but the order is still "processing" and no refund has been received. Terrible service. This 1-star rating really needs to be 0.

Mistake started as soon as I clicked their website. Ordered toner from them. Was promised next day delivery and paid extra to ensure next day deliver. Item didn't ship until next business day AM. Delivery date is the following week... Called customer unsupport and was unsurprisingly given very little help, or a solution aside from refuse the shipment and we will refund. Truly terrible. Run from QuickShip Toner. Quick Ship Toner sent me two toner cartridges. One lasted for 20% of its expected life and when installing the second cartridge it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer when my professional copy service technician installed it. Quick ship says too bad and refused to address the issue. I disputed the original charge to my credit card and was denied credit because Quick Ship says technically it is out of the warranty period by a few days. This outfit couldn't care less about its customers and is unwilling to stand behind its products. If you buy from Quick Ship Toner you are on your own with no recourse if you receive defective product.
