Do not use this company Do not use this company. Normally I don't go by the reviews and I have no issues with other companies. This one... I ordered 2 toners for $35. Confirmation email only. Never shipped. I called, they said it wasn't in stock, no communication. All of a sudden I got A TONER by mail. Completely the wrong toner. I paid for two, and got one... the wrong one! Better business bureau... no point in talking about it. It'll be too much to even ship it back get my money back and still get the right toners I paid for. Use another company

Do NOT buy from this company Ordered a single black toner cartridge on 12/31/2023. I received an email telling me that QuikShip Toner received the order. The web site claimed that there were over 100 in stock. It has been almost four weeks and I am still waiting for the item to ship. I would stay away. Buy from a different company, and look for reviews on that company before you place your order. I wish I had.

Mistake started as soon as I clicked their website. Ordered toner from them. Was promised next day delivery and paid extra to ensure next day deliver. Item didn't ship until next business day AM. Delivery date is the following week... Called customer unsupport and was unsurprisingly given very little help, or a solution aside from refuse the shipment and we will refund. Truly terrible. One of the worst experiences with any online seller I can recall. There are a million places to order toner online, I regret choosing this one. QuikShiToner.

Pathetic I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!

DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER. Ordered on January 10, heard nothing from them until March 7, when they told me my items were backordered with no ETA and asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately replied and asked to cancel, to which they replied the "cancellation window" had already passed and they needed five business days to determine whether cancellation would be possible. I emailed back and forth with them for a few days and each time they kept adding more time to "resolve this issue." Ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. DO NOT ORDER.
