Spending $16 per toner cartridge rather than around $75 is HUGE - plus the added bonus of having it delivered right to my doorstep! - and I can still recycle the used cartridges at the local office supply store. Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. Something is "off" I've been ordering from this company for a few years, and have always received excellent service. Products arrived on time and were good quality. However, something is "way off". I've been attempting throughout December, 2023, to place an order. No one picks up the phone even when called at different hours on multiple days, and when leaving a message the call is never returned. I've also sent emails with no response. I'm wondering if this company is going out of business or lost its employees. It's January, and I will now be ordering from one of their competitors.

BEWARE!! AVOID!! Toner never delivered, company MIA I ordered HP replacement toner. I never got a receipt or tracking number. The toner was never delivered after two weeks. I contacted company through their online contact form. They never replied. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
