GBDo NOT buy from this company Ordered a single black toner cartridge on 12/31/2023. I received an email telling me that QuikShip Toner received the order. The web site claimed that there were over 100 in stock. It has been almost four weeks and I am still waiting for the item to ship. I would stay away. Buy from a different company, and look for reviews on that company before you place your order. I wish I had.

GBThese guys don't deserve a star These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!

GBBad service they don't care about the… Bad service they don't care about the warranty and quality is not as expected. Also sent wrong order. I manage a project management office and I'm not sure to order anything else with this supplier. They also replay with an apologize and offer a solution but the solution is to forget the old purchase and buy another toner with us. So this seller love playing with customers

GBI have been ordering Ink from this… I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.

GBSCAM? Probably. As far as I am concerned this company is a total scam. I ordered a printer part 3/25/24. Credit card was charges 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I called (well past the max 7 day deliver time) & left voice msg requesting a return call per instructions, since "all their customer service representatives were busy" for as long as I could remain on hold. No call back. I emailed them on 4/9/24 & told them they had 24 hours to deliver or contact me with a reason why. No reply. I just opened a formal dispute with my credit card company & had the charges removed. Also, emailed them officially canceling the order in writing. I report, you decide.
