GBMistake started as soon as I clicked their website. Ordered toner from them. Was promised next day delivery and paid extra to ensure next day deliver. Item didn't ship until next business day AM. Delivery date is the following week... Called customer unsupport and was unsurprisingly given very little help, or a solution aside from refuse the shipment and we will refund. Truly terrible. One of the worst experiences with any online seller I can recall. There are a million places to order toner online, I regret choosing this one. QuikShiToner.

GBTotal Rip-Off Business They are a rip-off charging people's cards and not delivering any product. The order doesn't even show on the account when you log in. They took the money and ran. Do not do business with them. They don't answer your calls or emails. They all need to be arrested and put in jail.

GBThese guys don't deserve a star These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!

GBPathetic I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!
