I manage a project management office and I'm not sure to order anything else with this supplier. They also replay with an apologize and offer a solution but the solution is to forget the old purchase and buy another toner with us. So this seller love playing with customers

GBI have been ordering Ink from this… I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.

GBPathetic I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!

GBNot taking responsibility for broken merch Sent me a toner cartridge with a bad chip and won't grant a refund. Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. 3 calls in - no resolution - no projected date of resolution.

GBBEWARE!! AVOID!! Toner never delivered, company MIA I ordered HP replacement toner. I never got a receipt or tracking number. The toner was never delivered after two weeks. I contacted company through their online contact form. They never replied. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
