Mistake started as soon as I clicked their website. Ordered toner from them. Was promised next day delivery and paid extra to ensure next day deliver. Item didn't ship until next business day AM. Delivery date is the following week... Called customer unsupport and was unsurprisingly given very little help, or a solution aside from refuse the shipment and we will refund. Truly terrible. One of the worst experiences with any online seller I can recall. There are a million places to order toner online, I regret choosing this one. QuikShiToner.

These guys don't deserve a star These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!

I have been ordering Ink from this… I have been ordering Ink from this company for years. It has been very reliable until my last order. I place my order and expected my delivery a few days later. However, It did not come, I attempted to chat on line, I was surprise, Chat was not available. I send a message, they did not respond. I called for days, morning and afternoons, finally someone pick up, he said the black toner was out of stock. I told him to send me the toners that were on stock and back order the black. He told me that he will send it immediately and will send me the tracking number by email. Never received the tracking number and I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I read the reviews, I wish that I had read them before placing my order. PLEASE BEWARE.

Bad service they don't care about the… Bad service they don't care about the warranty and quality is not as expected. Also sent wrong order. I manage a project management office and I'm not sure to order anything else with this supplier. They also replay with an apologize and offer a solution but the solution is to forget the old purchase and buy another toner with us. So this seller love playing with customers

A month of lies. They make promises, but don't deliver. I've been told 4 times over the last month that a fuser for my printer was being replaced. Each time the customer service rep promises to get it done and each time nothing happens. The rep I ask for from the previous attempt isn't available to back up what they promised. UPDATE: It's now 6 times I've been assured the replacement fuser would be shipped. Still, they are not able to provide any shipping information or tracking numbers. Their people continue to apologize, but indicate they're overwhelmed. Their supervisors are not available.
