Something is "off" I've been ordering from this company for a few years, and have always received excellent service. Products arrived on time and were good quality. However, something is "way off". I've been attempting throughout December, 2023, to place an order. No one picks up the phone even when called at different hours on multiple days, and when leaving a message the call is never returned. I've also sent emails with no response. I'm wondering if this company is going out of business or lost its employees. It's January, and I will now be ordering from one of their competitors.

DO NOT order from this company Do not order from this company. My credit card was charged nearly three weeks ago and I still haven't received the product (or even shipping/tracking information). Customer Service keeps telling me the order is being processed by another warehouse but they never provide any updates. I finally told them to cancel and issue a refund but the order is still "processing" and no refund has been received. Terrible service. This 1-star rating really needs to be 0.

Pathetic I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!

SCAM? Probably. As far as I am concerned this company is a total scam. I ordered a printer part 3/25/24. Credit card was charges 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I called (well past the max 7 day deliver time) & left voice msg requesting a return call per instructions, since "all their customer service representatives were busy" for as long as I could remain on hold. No call back. I emailed them on 4/9/24 & told them they had 24 hours to deliver or contact me with a reason why. No reply. I just opened a formal dispute with my credit card company & had the charges removed. Also, emailed them officially canceling the order in writing. I report, you decide.

These guys don't deserve a star These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!
