GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. Normally I don't go by the reviews and I have no issues with other companies. This one... I ordered 2 toners for $35. Confirmation email only. Never shipped. I called, they said it wasn't in stock, no communication. All of a sudden I got A TONER by mail. Completely the wrong toner. I paid for two, and got one... the wrong one! Better business bureau... no point in talking about it. It'll be too much to even ship it back get my money back and still get the right toners I paid for. Use another company

GBRun from QuickShip Toner. Quick Ship Toner sent me two toner cartridges. One lasted for 20% of its expected life and when installing the second cartridge it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer when my professional copy service technician installed it. Quick ship says too bad and refused to address the issue. I disputed the original charge to my credit card and was denied credit because Quick Ship says technically it is out of the warranty period by a few days. This outfit couldn't care less about its customers and is unwilling to stand behind its products. If you buy from Quick Ship Toner you are on your own with no recourse if you receive defective product.

GBA month of lies. They make promises, but don't deliver. I've been told 4 times over the last month that a fuser for my printer was being replaced. Each time the customer service rep promises to get it done and each time nothing happens. The rep I ask for from the previous attempt isn't available to back up what they promised. UPDATE: It's now 6 times I've been assured the replacement fuser would be shipped. Still, they are not able to provide any shipping information or tracking numbers. Their people continue to apologize, but indicate they're overwhelmed. Their supervisors are not available.

GBPathetic I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!
