GBNever buy item form this store Never buy item form this store. I didn't get my order over half month even I track the order almost everyday. The customer service does tell u that they shipped the item but actually not. After half month, CS said the order will be shipped by "fairly fast" delivery after I complained lots everyday. You have to prepare you couldn't get the order within half month if you don't like to track,call, supervise, and emails for pushing the delivery everyday .

GBDO NOT order from this company Do not order from this company. My credit card was charged nearly three weeks ago and I still haven't received the product (or even shipping/tracking information). Customer Service keeps telling me the order is being processed by another warehouse but they never provide any updates. I finally told them to cancel and issue a refund but the order is still "processing" and no refund has been received. Terrible service. This 1-star rating really needs to be 0.

GBDO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER. Ordered on January 10, heard nothing from them until March 7, when they told me my items were backordered with no ETA and asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately replied and asked to cancel, to which they replied the "cancellation window" had already passed and they needed five business days to determine whether cancellation would be possible. I emailed back and forth with them for a few days and each time they kept adding more time to "resolve this issue." Ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. DO NOT ORDER.

GBThese guys don't deserve a star These guys don't deserve a star. Beware on this company. They shipped prinker ink that was 15 months expired. Email and phone call responses less than timely. They took 4 weeks to credit my account but did not credit shipping plus some of the sales tax. I had to travel to the local FEDEX office to return their expired product and then purchase a shipping container for the return of their expired product. TERRIBLE DOES NOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE!

GBNot taking responsibility for broken merch Sent me a toner cartridge with a bad chip and won't grant a refund. Keeps putting me off, saying they have to go through the toner manufacturer to get a refund and don't know when they will be replied to. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT. 3 calls in - no resolution - no projected date of resolution.
