Going for independent designers was… Going for independent designers was such a hassle. Finding a suitable designer was hard and then coordinating with them was a pain. I am glad we have credible and innovative designers available with platforms like Logo Eminent. Their designs are original and well executed. The most important thing was that it was easy for me to coordinate and convey our feedback for the necessary changes. Some designers just can’t handle criticism. I am glad that their design team was open to listen to the changes that we wanted.

Since 2009 Since 2009, our business has collaborated with Logo Eminent. Over the years, Logo Eminent has changed for the better. Recently, we updated our website together. Samantha has been our key working partner. We are incredibly happy with Samantha's superb service. She has been a tremendous assistance in directing us through the entire process. She is very detail oriented and has helped us a lot in understanding our new CMS system. We are pleased with Logo Eminent!

Owning an online startup is hard… Owning an online startup is hard especially if you don’t know how to market your offering. I was unclear of what I wanted to do with my social media accounts. The entire layout seemed inconsistent with what I had envisioned. Logo Eminent with their social media template design deal made my feed effortlessly on brand and easily recognizable with amazing brand colors and fonts.

The design was OK The design was OK. Staff continues to harass me after my order was finished. They are trying to get me to pay an extra $400 (in "government fees") to acquired the 100% rights the website indicated was included. I've asked them to stop contacting me multiple times

Didn't meet promised completion dates Although the finished product - a logo design based on original artwork that I provided came out well, the designer failed to provide it in a timely manner. They did not meet their promise to complete it within a week. In fact it took them a month to get the finalized product to me. I communicated throughout the process and it seemed that they were more interested in trying to get me to purchase additional products such as business cards and flyers then simply providing a finished logo in various formats. If your on a crunch timeline to get a finished logo, this company may not be the right fit. If you’re not in a hurry and have a month or more - and the price is reasonable then they may work for you. Overall in my case they failed to perform quickly and affected my overall project completion (logo layout for business signage).
