GBPollfish is a valuable tool Pollfish has been a valuable tool in our toolbox. We appreciate the speed with which we can get insights, and the team at Pollfish has been incredibly responsive. I also love the dashboard where we can see trend charts for those questions we track on a monthly basis.

GBStraightforward to use but needs work Straightforward to use but needs extra features. Running a survey in multiple languages and regions means duplicating the survey once you've finalised the logic, then copying and pasting the questions and answers to give the local languages/currency values while altering the audience. It's very tedious and error-prone, limiting the usefulness of the platform. Moreover, exporting results is limited to poorly-formatted spreadsheets and, for premium users a big query export option that still doesn't provide the results in what could be called a database format. In conclusion, while promising it needs work to be a useful platform at scale.
