Been buying from this website/company… Been buying from this website/company for over a year now, never have had a problem with anything. Today was genuinely my first problem and mylarpacks fixed it QUICKER then ups. They always have 10/10 Quality when it comes to the packagings u can order. Shipping takes MAYBE 5 days but it also depends on when u order ;), the earlier in the week you order the quicker they send it out. Just made an order last night and I was told today it’s already getting shipped. All love to this company🤝

Good quality and great customer support I’ll start with saying the quality is definitely there, packaging is detailed, and texture is great; Same goes for quality of parts, haven’t had any problems with the 10 I ordered, hits smooth and no clogging. One thing I will note is unfortunately they had forgotten the foam inserts for the disposables packaging, I contacted customer support and immediately got a response, next day I got a email that my inserts got shipped. Good experience overall.

Customer service is horrible Customer service is horrible ! I tried to contact customer service in regards to my order that I wanted to cancel because I placed it by accident . I wrote live support about 3 times , I emailed them about 2 times and still haven’t received a response. This is extremely unprofessional
