I tried another company who was giving me pre-made templates I could have made myself on Canva but NLC has produce fully custom designs every time.

Pathetic Product Design I'd suggest you choose manypixels or good freelancers from Upwork. NLC has good designers but the platform doesn't have audio or video capabilities. You'll just be wasting half of your money in to-fro communication over chat with designers and product managers! Pathetic product design!
