INExcellent customer service I bought a few peptides CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin blend, GHK Cu Topical, and Pt 141. They were very prompt in shipping it to my Shipitto address in the U.S. Unfortunately Shipito would not ship it to India anymore, ( they had shipped peptides in the past). Biotech peptides refunded 50% of my money, they agreed to ship another set to India free of cost, i had to pay for shipping. They were very prompt in replying to my messages, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will be a long term customer for their products.

AEBest Peptide Company for UAE Residence!!! Residing in the UAE has difficulties with shipping and extra taxes. BP is the only peptide company that delivers the fastest and the taxes are less, out of the other two companies I have tried. For UAE residents, this is the USA peptide company to go with!

GBGreat customer service! Since covid days I’ve personally experienced things and people moving at a snail pace …still! There’s nothing that seems longer than listening to static radio on the phone and waiting for a rep to get to your call about the order you placed a week ago. You won’t have that experience here. I have not had to speak on the phone but I have sent emails on two different occasions and they got back to me that same day. Great customer service goes along way!

GBGreat Customer Service USPS decided to deliver my package to the midwest even though I am in California. I reached out to their support team and they reshipped my order without question. I felt like it would be unjust not to leave a review after that kind of treatment. They could have just told me to file a claim with the post office but who’s go time for that.
