Great company the best I’m 62 years old I’ve had a shoulder impingement for over 20 years took their BPC 157 all healed in 14 days. Came off a hernia surgery took BPC 157 and was back in the gym in seven days. Yeah, no kidding remember 62 years old. If you read a review that says biotech stuff is not good they’re not good they’re just evil human beings that are just trying to tarnish the name.

Kept my money, quit communicating until Trust Pilot Review Took my money for a product they did not have in stock. Charged me a shipping fee for a product they could not ship because it is not in stock. They did offer me a replacement or refund at first, but then stopped responding to my emails in which I gave them another product option or the option of a refund. This was 3 weeks ago from the last email attempts and nothing, no product, no refund. Order ##1223742, placed on 5-17-23. I can post order receipt and emails if needed. Update: After weeks of no communication, a refund was issued days after my trust pilot review was posted. I was again an important customer once there were consequences. No apology, no explanation was given.I am adding one star for the refund and another because they have been good in the past. Full disclosure, the company did reach out and ask me to remove the review and even mentioned a store credit in our text log. I am not interested in either of those options.

Great customer service! Since covid days I’ve personally experienced things and people moving at a snail pace …still! There’s nothing that seems longer than listening to static radio on the phone and waiting for a rep to get to your call about the order you placed a week ago. You won’t have that experience here. I have not had to speak on the phone but I have sent emails on two different occasions and they got back to me that same day. Great customer service goes along way!
