They steal art work and refuse refunds if you call them out. I made a post on reddit for a custom art commission, the company posed as an individual with his own personal art portfolio and had me add him on discord. As soon as I sent the money I noticed his email was from brandsbyte.com and I confronted him and he said it was simply a company he made with his friends and they are trying to get their feet off the ground which I said was fine but it was the first red flag. I sent him pictures of myself and pictures of the reference picture. Instead of doing custom art work he traced over the reference image and plagiarized the art work and re colored it. I requested a refund because I consider this stealing and they are now refusing to give me a refund because he needs to pay for his high school, he has lied multiple times and I would never recommend this company. I have screenshots of all of our conversations as proof because they decided to delete their messages in our conversation.

There were a few things that didn't go as planned at first, but that was mainly my fault for changing a few things that I didn't like midway. It is always important to make sure you have a concrete vision from the beginning if you want to avoid revisions. So in that regard thank you for the commission.
