Alex and his team were great! Alex and his team at were great! I had no personal experience with creating a website. I had no idea on what to expect. Alex was patient and creative. He gave me great ideas to consider. He was very responsive when I needed him with questions and suggestions. He even worked on my project through his COVID Dx. Would I suggest this service for future customers. Absolutely! Only suggestion; be very clear in the beginning what all is included in every stage of pricing. This will ensure transparency and prevent the perception of upcharging. It appeared as if the initial Sales guy, Sam Lucas lied about service packaging details. However, Alex was very clear and patient with the service. Also, get a List of all task that are needed from the customer upfront. This will prevent what appears to be last minute task scrambling. I’m a proactive type of gal. I hate having to provide things on a fly.

Needed it fast and they got it done It was a really good experience working with Jerry Morgan and his team. The turnaround time was exactly what was expected. All feedback and revisions we’re always sent to me for review. The final logo came out Really amazing. I do expect to have them do my website and social media page.

Can work without having to wonder if your designs are being finished constantly. Designs are unique and well crafted to your needs and specifications. Offers excellent suggestions during the process.
