Jerry was very professional, honest, followed up immediately to my emails to him. He never promised me anything but a professional looking logo which I am in possession. Jerry would check with me, delivering samples of the ongoing work to see if I was satisfied with the work in progress on changes I requested. I never thought that doing business with getalogoonline would be this easy and ending in professional results as the logo for TRUE CAJUN has be finalized in a masterpiece. I am already planning my next logo with Jerry Morgan at the helm of producing it. In the past I tried using online logo designers and end up having to do search for in-house designers in Louisiana, but now, I will save m time of driving to the city from the country by simply calling upon Jerry Morgan for my needed designs. Alex and his team were great! Alex and his team at were great! I had no personal experience with creating a website. I had no idea on what to expect. Alex was patient and creative. He gave me great ideas to consider. He was very responsive when I needed him with questions and suggestions. He even worked on my project through his COVID Dx. Would I suggest this service for future customers. Absolutely! Only suggestion; be very clear in the beginning what all is included in every stage of pricing. This will ensure transparency and prevent the perception of upcharging. It appeared as if the initial Sales guy, Sam Lucas lied about service packaging details. However, Alex was very clear and patient with the service. Also, get a List of all task that are needed from the customer upfront. This will prevent what appears to be last minute task scrambling. I’m a proactive type of gal. I hate having to provide things on a fly.
