GBI recently signed up and have nothing… I recently signed up and have nothing on my dashboard as well as no other pages, options, sections to check or try. Only empty dashboard. The other thing is that I read in the rules that you have to buy things from them and only than they will reimburse. So now I'm wondering if it is worth the effort at all. I guess I will know more once the support replies and I see the options.

GBFamily fun surveys We follow Flavorwiki on Facebook and when they open a new survey in the UK we do them as a family. There support staff is also quick with follow-ups and questions. Great work everyone.

IEComplete waste of time Having tried multiple sampling websites for a wide range of products, FlavorWiki is by far the worst. I have signed up for multiple product tests and never received a thing from them - product or payment. After being selected and having shipping confirmation for a product, I was then told 3 weeks later that the product was not shipped and will not be shipped. I wouldn't give this site any of your time. There are far better companies that actually do as they say - Innovate Solutions and Bounce would be my 2 main reccomendations. I won't be using FlavorWiki going forward - I have better things to be doing.

GBCould be great but poor customer service EDIT; since this review I have had contact with flavorwiki - they did not receive my emails (not sure how but anyway..) they have now resolved the issue efficiently. I think they should add a customer service area to the website to prevent these kind of issues in the future. Now this issue is resolved I will happily continue to use flavorwiki. This would be a great way to earn some extra cash and trial food However… I entered my PayPal info with a typo I have had an email to say I’m going to be paid but of course the email is wrong. I’ve emailed twice asking it to be changed (you can’t do it online) and querying if I will be reimbursed for the purchase - had no response to either email. Poor.
