CAGreat Service to the Customer I used Icons8 for a 3-month project for my business. I got charged the $99 renewal this year but I didn't need Icons8 anymore as my project had ended the year prior. I reached out to their support team and they refunded my request in seconds (not even minutes). Their service was timely and efficient. You can't say that about a lot of businesses these days!

HRFair and quick responding I used the site to get icons for presentations and demo apps. They offer a great choice of icons! I failed to cancel my subscription in time but they responded right away to my message and per my request (since I messaged them the same day and I haven't used the service in a while), they have cancelled my subscription right away and refunded me the paid amount.

GBI love the graphics available through… I love the graphics available through icons8. As a small nonprofit I have appreciated their pricing, and their customer service has been excellent from novice user questions to account-related inquiries. I wish so many more companies had this level of customer support!

FRWarning: I am being charged 27.55€ for no reason Again, charged for no reason even though I sent an email to stop my subscription and switched to the free version manually on the platform. Frankly, I'm fed up. I'm asking for an immediate refund and I'll change my mind if I receive a refund in the next few hours.
