My Rollercoaster Ride with American… My Rollercoaster Ride with American Design Network (But It Landed Smoothly) I started my journey with American Design Network (ADN) excited to have them design a logo for my National tournament. The initial impression was promising: I received 6 logo renditions within 24 hours. Unfortunately, none quite hit the mark. Then, communication hiccups began. A scheduled phone call didn't happen, with no apology offered. Subsequent meetings were missed or emails not sent. Frustration mounted, leading to a heated exchange and almost giving up on the project. However, a direct message to ADN leadership sparked a turnaround.
