GBAwesome, relational customer service Anna and her team did an awesome job redesigning my marketing agency's logo. Their customer service is fantastic. One of my clients backed out of a project mid-way through, and American Design Network willingly worked with me to make the most of what had already been paid for and redesigned my logo as a bonus. I'll definitely be using ADN again in the future!👏

GBBest customer services!!! I contacted American Design Network for a new logo. They did a great job in doing so. They listened to what i had to say and made it happened. The best part of the company is the customer service and owner Jennifer. She really has your best interest at hand. The company is here in the U.S and its nice having someone who you can trust with your needs. I would have give 5 STARS, but this website it not allowing it to from my computer. They not only built an unbelievable website with their developing team, but they took their time and wanted to make sure the vision was exactly as I wanted it. GBMy Rollercoaster Ride with American… My Rollercoaster Ride with American Design Network (But It Landed Smoothly) I started my journey with American Design Network (ADN) excited to have them design a logo for my National tournament. The initial impression was promising: I received 6 logo renditions within 24 hours. Unfortunately, none quite hit the mark. Then, communication hiccups began. A scheduled phone call didn't happen, with no apology offered. Subsequent meetings were missed or emails not sent. Frustration mounted, leading to a heated exchange and almost giving up on the project. However, a direct message to ADN leadership sparked a turnaround. They were sincerely apologetic and assigned a new account manager, Anna Michelle. What a difference! Anna was proactive, thorough, and genuinely invested in understanding my vision. She revised existing logos, incorporated my example inspiration, and within a day, presented 3 new options, one of which surpassed my expectations. Through Anna's dedication and ADN's quick corrective action, my experience went from rocky to a resounding success. They not only nailed the logo but earned my trust again. I'm now confidently moving forward with ADN for even more design projects.
