I also love the order for the different tiers of writers/experts to choose from. Speedy and Thorough Extremely responsive to my initial inquiry and then the team was all over my project. Delivered content when they said they would. Did a large edit, adding lots more material before finalizing. Had all my text written for a website in around 10 days total. I put a few words in to make it sound like me, cut, pasted, and published site. Bam!
