They provided good feedback in the editing process and were pleasant to work with. The only problem I had with them was during the final phase of the project. A description they provided for my back cover lacked details and depth. They didn’t have comprehension of what my book was about. Overall, a good experience.

Good experience all in all Good experience all in all. Natalie was very patient with me and the team did a good job. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask for things a few times but I am persistent. Costs would have been better explained upfront - so I could purchase the things I would have found more useful. But being first time author there is a learning curve.

They were prompt to reply to any questions, they were willing to incorporate any edits or changes we made in their work, without any comment. When at first, it didn’t seem like things were going to work out between us, Adam was quick to change writing teams for us.
