GBGood experience all in all Good experience all in all. Natalie was very patient with me and the team did a good job. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask for things a few times but I am persistent. Costs would have been better explained upfront - so I could purchase the things I would have found more useful. But being first time author there is a learning curve.

Did a large edit, adding lots more material before finalizing. Had all my text written for a website in around 10 days total.
