GBGood experience all in all Good experience all in all. Natalie was very patient with me and the team did a good job. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask for things a few times but I am persistent. Costs would have been better explained upfront - so I could purchase the things I would have found more useful. But being first time author there is a learning curve.

GBIt was a great pleasure working with…GWP It was a great pleasure working with GWP the team really worked hard on getting my book done. Adam, Natalie, and Johnathan were great and very easy to work with. They made sure to keep me informed through out the whole process. My book is now in the publishing and review stage and soon will go live. Really a great experience I definitely recommend them.

GBThe writers The writers, sales team and marketing team of GWP are terrific! I love how easy it is to fill out the forms for the project I want and the accuracy of pricing. I also love the order for the different tiers of writers/experts to choose from. The writers are very prompt with putting in their requests to work on projects and with responding and communicating which is a key factor for any successful partnership. Overall, the experience has been wonderful all around! Thanks guys...

GBEasy to work with In writing this book, we worked with Adam and his team. They were prompt to reply to any questions, they were willing to incorporate any edits or changes we made in their work, without any comment. When at first, it didn’t seem like things were going to work out between us, Adam was quick to change writing teams for us. The second team matched our project, much better, and we were overall pleased.

GBI wish I had known ALL the costs upfront The edit team was great, and the project managers were always prompt in responding to my texts and questions. But I have 2 complaints that have caused me to give the 2-star rating. I am a first-time author and was ignorant to the process of publishing. I wrote a bible study which is different than the usual fiction or non-fiction book. The format team never quite caught my vision for my study. I ended up doing most of my own formatting and submitting that to be used in place of what was sent to me. My biggest complaint, however, is with the sales/finance department. When I first called, I was given an estimate based on the pages in my book. I understood when my page count went over the estimated number that I would need to pay more. The problem came when at every new stage of the process I was asked for more money. My main complaint is that GWP was not up front with ALL the costs associated with publishing. I am retired on a fixed income and don’t have $7,000 extra laying around to spend on this project. My cost overruns already put me in debt. I can not speak to the marketing as yet because so far there has been no sales and I still have not received the books I was promised.
