I would recommend using Upbound Studio 100% I'm so happy to be working with Upbound Studio! The work they are doing on my children's book is amazing and better than I could have imagined. Dave Rogers is a great guy and very easy to work with and he has helped me a lot, by providing a full package service. From illustration, formatting, and book cover to social media ads. Very happy indeed!

Needs Major Improvements The quality of work is very good. Customer Service and communication is extremely poor. There were times, you are totally ignored. I have multiple projects but I m in two minds as service is very poor.

WORST DECISION EVER if i could give a… WORST DECISION EVER if i could give a minus rating i would. it's been 10 weeks since i requested my money back. i paid this company a deposit to start work on my website in October 2023, they have delivered nothing. luckily only paid them 35% they tried to scam me out of the whole amount. I'm still waiting for my refund, no replied to calls emails or whatsapp messages despite my communication being read. Please don't fall into the trap i did. DO NOT, I REPEAT DONT PAY THIS COMPANY A PENNY! UPBOUND STUDIO ARE FRAUDSTERS

Best thing happened to my business Mark is nicest person you can ever meet, very helpful. Dave is very knowledgeable, smart, skilled on his crafts : website design, logo, banners, social media campaign you name it. These guys are the best. He redesigned my logo and my website I'm very happy how it came out for the price I paid. You will never be disappointed. Highly recommended.
