Amazing project management I’ve been through a lot in this past year, & revamping my business has been a long and hard process. However I am so thankful to have Ethan John as my project manager. He has been so personal and professional. From considerate holiday wishes, to occasional casual check ins to quick responses and going above and beyond and handling any issues we have run into he has beyond organized and on top of it, every step of the way. Any set backs we have had, he has been supportive and reassuring. If it wasn’t for Ethan John this past year and this whole process would have been catastrophic. I’m so thankful to have such a pleasant experience!

Ethan John excellent job Ethan John who was my Project Manager, was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He did what he said he will do in the most timely manner. I received the images I had in my head. That was marvelous. He captured the concept I desired. I had many questions since I was a novice at this process, but he was kind and tolerant. My colors was suitable for my career choice. He recommended other colors which accepted and I am extremely happy with my logos. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication.. I am currently working with the company… I am currently working with the company to correct an issue that I had in 2019. They reached out to me to resolve the issue and have made promise to correct everything that went wrong prior to new ownership. So far communication has been great and I am looking forward to seeing my finished project. I had given up on this company from my past experience of paying for a project that was never completed. I felt liked I had been ripped off. But now it made me happy to suddenly get a call asking about my experience and how it can be fixed. I am awaiting my finished project and I will provide updates when it is all done.
