They reached out to me to resolve the issue and have made promise to correct everything that went wrong prior to new ownership. So far communication has been great and I am looking forward to seeing my finished project. I had given up on this company from my past experience of paying for a project that was never completed. I felt liked I had been ripped off. But now it made me happy to suddenly get a call asking about my experience and how it can be fixed. I am awaiting my finished project and I will provide updates when it is all done.
