Worst Company Ever If I could go back, I would never use this sorry excuse of a business for their shady services. Purchased a logo design and website from them last year. The hosting has now expired, and I wanted to transfer my domain to a new hosting service. They refuse to provide the login credentials for that unless I pay them another $300 (should only cost $15-$20 max). Steven was rude, unprofessional, and offered no help. If you are looking to start or overhaul an existing business, use literally any other company besides this one.

I have been scammed, and taken advantage of, but still kept writing, graphics, photography and being choir director and music at my church. I have done research on publishing companies and got no real help. Many made promises and required money up front.
