We were looking for a company that… We were looking for a company that could help us create an ecommerce website. We were lucky enough to have found Robust Web Design. I was Introduced to Mark Wilson and Arthur. Both of them did a great job guiding us through every step. They were both great in making sure we were always updated and understood every step. I greatly appreciate the amount of patience that Mark and Arthur have. They made every change that we requested. Answered every question and made suggestions of how we can improve the website. Their quality of work and amazing customer service is the very reason we will be coming back in the future! Lastly I just want to give a special thank you to Mark Wilson and Arthur. My project took a little longer than expected because of changes I made but they both stayed committed, and motivated!

UNPORFESSIONAL TEAM UNPORFESSIONAL TEAM. UNPRORFESSIONAL WORK. THEY SENT THE WEBSITE LIVE WITH INCOMPLETE DESIGN. THEY REFUSE TO FINSH THE WORK. THE SITE IS 2 MONTHS OLD AND FULL OF GLITCHES. THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM UNLESS I SIGN UP FOR MARKETING. THE AGREEMENT WE SIGNED HAS 3 YEARS OF FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THEY EXTORT MONEY. THIEVES!!! THEY USE FAKE NAMES TOO. THEIR REAL NAMES ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY GIVE TO CUSTOMERS! DO NOT USE THEM!

I had horrible experience with robust… I had horrible experience with robust web design agency. They never delivered the website as requested. After 2 months the website is still full of mistakes. All they do is snatch your time and money.
