I wish I could give zero stars. I wish I could give zero stars. I signed up for a WordPress blog redesign and SEO. Our interactions started in June 2023 and continued for several months through vacations and delayed deliverables. The first design they offered was awful and unacceptable. I restated my expectations, which were ignored for the second design and again for the third. I finally told them I was not satisfied and that I wanted a refund. They said they would refund the fees I had paid, but whenever I follow up, they said they're waiting for the finance department. I've rarely encountered such incompetent and unethical treatment.
