Their customer service sucks Their customer service sucks. I paid for my logo upfront I did not rush them at all. I keep getting the run arounds and now I have no choice but to seek legal action. I definitely will not be referring KAZIGRAPHIX to none of my friends and family. PERIODT!! I have asked for a refund and nothing. I do not have my logo, so basically they are just keeping my money!!!
