No longer a Satisfied customer Update:6/27/2023 Things definitely changed and not for better so I am changing the review due to issues over the past several months that were addressed but not fixed. I sent screenshots of the issues and Alex would send me screenshots of what he was seeing and tell me there was not an issue he was seeing it correct on his end, even though the screenshots showed what the public was viewing was not correct. After weeks, of back and forth and round and round with no resolve I reached out to someone with design experience for advice and he was kind enough to look at the issue and determine the problem and resolve it within 40 mins. I am updating this so people will know may experience and can make an informed decision. 6/27/2023 I am satisfied with the website as it meets my business needs and it is an affordable price. The major issue was the attention to detail and the vision and plans that was lacking and not being adhered to by the young lady that was assigned to design and create the website. After asking to speak to someone else, I was assigned Alex Stevenson took over and the experience improved greatly. He paid attention to my requests and kept working and made adjustments until the website was complete meeting all my requirements in a professional manner and a quick response time.
