customer service? Hah! Their "customer service" is absolutely awful! I have contacted them 7-SEVEN! freaking times on an issue that I have!! Have I gotten a response from 7 times of contact? And when you try & contact them, you get a 'bot' that says they relay your question to a human to get back to you w/in 24 hours! Yeah right! I've been told that a few times already! STILL no response! Their site is good, but the customer 'service' has a LOT to be desired!

I wasn't sure BUT it works. And it doesn't take much work. Just time and a good internet connection. I really wasn't expecting it.
