AMERICAN WEB FACTORY is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY After informing AMERICAN WEB FACTORY that I no longer wanted to do business with them, they refused to email me my LATEST updated web design files FOR END OF SEPT 2023 for which I paid them $130. I have the invoice and I have asked them 3 times to please email these LATEST files and they still have not done so. I have copies of these emails AND TEXT MESSAGES requesting this. Regardless of my reason for not wanting to continue doing business with them, they are obligated to email me my FINAL SEPT 2023 website design files. I warned them that if they did not send them to me by Oct 3rd, 2023, that I would write a negative review and here it is. What a waste if time. A business that does not care whether or not a customer gives them a negative review should tell you something about the credibility and integrity behind the company. Next stop is their local business bureau where I will file this same complaint. Also the company does not appear to actually have office space where they say they do in Miami Florida. I called the number for that office location and was told there is no such company leasing office space there.
