GBoutstanding customer support. The new software is different and I think more attractive. I did have an issue cashing out and opened a ticket with customer support. The one thing that didn't change was their outstanding customer support. They were as fast getting back to me with the solution as a NASCAR Team is at changing two tire and adding a can of fuel.

NGUnsatisfied with 'ONE' payment method Hi...Paid viewpoint is a great site to earn but the only thing that pissed me off is that Paid viewpoint has only one method of payment (PayPal). Which I don't really like because of PayPal users in my country (Nigeria) cannot yet receive money into their PayPal accounts. I'll so much love it, if another payment method can be included (like Vouchers or maybe cryptocurrency wallet). Please kindly intervene. Thanks

GBThis company is top notch This company is top notch. Even if you don’t qualify for a survey, they still credit your account with a little bit of money, and that is rare! When I first signed up, I was getting surveys left and right, easily making payout at least once a week. After about a month, the survey opportunities have slowed down, but not so much I would give them less of a recommendation. You also get money for referrals, up to a certain amount, which is wonderful too. I cannot recommend them enough. They pay, they have very few technical issues, and I am proud to be a member.

GBCute graphics; very low pay Most of the surveys pay literal pennies. I made about 80 dollars a year total. Plus, you can randomly stop getting surveys and be unable to cash out your remaining balance. Be careful with this one and cash out early and often. EDIT: To be clear, it is not only the trait surveys that are low paying, regardless of what the company cuts and pastes in response to everyone who leaves a bad review. I also had the highest "trait score" possible. It literally makes no difference.

GBNEEDS SOME IMPROVEMENTS Good customer service, but strange security measures and the new platform needs some tweaking. EDIT: Thank you for the reply. I did go and read the terms of service, and this point as per PayPal was on a 2nd page, not something an average person would read. While I understand security measures, this is the wrong way to go about it IMO. In fact she never even entered a legitimate PayPal account, simply the wrong email as she has two and the one with PayPal is hardly used, so she out of habit used her more common email. This said, I much appreciate that Paid Viewpoint customer service was fast and corrected this mistake. Hopefully going forward this security measure can be reconsidered, as mistakes in typing or similar are not uncommon.
