GB@HOI Response and my final message I received @HOI who responded to my Review. The owner in text days ago responded with this: "Hi. After investigating your case I found out that you are trying to scam us by not giving the 50% of remaining amount which you were supposed to pay after approving the storyboard. The sales people called you multiple times for the remaining amount but you didn’t pay to them then obviously my company is not liable to do any further work for you. I would appreciate that you pay your remaining amount the we will surely complete your work as committed and communicated earlier. Thank you" I'm gonna make this perfectly clear for you to understand. 1. The final invoice you want me to pay for where you say I am "trying to scam you for not paying the other 50%" is wrong. - On the invoice it says next to the price "Animation UPGRADE Package". Originally I agreed to the UPGRADE because Sarah asked me if *I wanted that* over the phone AFTER paying for the video but it was NOT mentioned that this was the full price of the video to be completed where I originally paid $1250. I Denied the upgrade in May and said "do the basic animation style we originally agreed to." If this is the total price of the video, and it was never mentioned to me till now, why does it state on the INVOICE: ANIMATION UPGRADE PACKAGE while the other states for the TOTAL price of the video? 2. Why is it till now, when I am requesting my refund, that my payment and package is wrong? - when mentioned I don't wanna pay for the upgrade Jessica replied with ok and still stated I would receive my video in June, then July and then in August which never came. Then Jack said in August I didnt have to pay it because the video was so late. Why have months gone by with this just NOW being mentioned with no calls, texts or emails to myself telling me differently? - You say you call but I have months of screenshots that say differently. I have texts of me begging to talk to someone on your staff for HELP! Multiple calls, texts and no answers from anyone on staff. I have Ben answering phone calls and text messages from different numbers but having BLOCKED my phone number. Why is this the case? 3. Even if you wanted to do buisness and "have me pay for it" there are now a total of 4 (technically 6) staff members who have not returned my calls, voice-mails, emails and texts. - Ben (who blocked my number) - Jessica (who doesn't answer) - Jack (who doesn't answer) - Christine (who doesn't answer) - Shawn (who is suppose to be the "new" person working on my video BUT has never EVER contacted me) - Sarah (my original point of contact which changed to Jessica upon your request) That's 6 people who you claiming that are in your company that haven't reached back out to me no matter how many times ive called, texted, emailed and begged since June. Why? Why is this the case? - When talking to Jessica who didn't respond for over a month she stated "Sorry I was too busy to let you know that your video will not be done on the promised date I gave you." No mention of any additional payment or anything else. Just sorry I was to busy to tell you. Why is that the case??? 3. The Package for the video. - The Package details you say are wrong is your companies fault for making that package. Your staff member Sarah put it together after our phone call for our business together. If the package I signed up for is wrong, that is on your company to change that and notify me so proper adjustments can be made. Why am I just now finding out about this in the previous review response and not MONTHS earlier? My video idea has not changed since Day 1. If that is doubted look at the questionnaire I submitted that your company gave me along with my post asking for a company for my video idea. - on top of that, if the package is wrong and i need to sign a new one, then that means my signature for the package that I paid for is now nullified and you are illegally withholding my funds. 5. Additional context Why I won't ever pay that additional $1250. - My last conversation with Jack in August he stated "he would send me 30 secs of the video every 10 days and if he didn't I would receive my refund." I got the first 30 secs of the 1min and 30sec video HOWEVER it was 0% like the storyboard you gave me. It was nothing like it. - with that being said you expect me to believe you are equipped enough to handle communication, be on time with your deadlines, and produce a decent quality video that matches the storyboard? Not a chance. If you wanna resolve this beforehand then let me talk to your Legal Team or Human Resources since no one on your staff has given me their number upon request every single time I have mentioned it. Instead of me trying to bad mouth your company on reviews like this one, I've been trying to be professional and solve this. As stated, give me your Legals or Human Resources number. Till then, I will keep leaving reviews till the case.

GBI always wanted to find professional… I always wanted to find professional help with my Resume. I have paid for Resume writing services 2 times before, but this service was more comprehensive - it included Resume, Cover Letter, Thank you Letter, follow up letter and Linkedin link profile. My account was handled by Scott Shapiro. He was very professional and always tried to help me and understand the complexity I was facing with my resume. He approached the job in a very creative way.
