USDon't waste your money. We paid the $499 to advertise an upcoming focus group and when I asked for metrics (any type of metrics) on the campaign performance, I got NO response. I have reached out repeatedly - first their site was down and I could not submit a request, then technical difficulties, and with each request, the promise that SOMEONE would get back to me within 48 hours. After 7 attempts, I am done. We will not use this service again. Poor customer serivce, poor performance, and a complete waste of $500. ** Update ** The "owner" reached out to let me know that we'd receive some type of report. After 2 more days, nothing.

USDont waste your time Don't waste your time. Every time i believe that there may be a legitimate study and i enter my information it turns out to be a marketing campaign for some completely different company. HOW DECIEVING IS THAT. I would highly recommend that if you do decide to give it a try... get a Junk mail set up and a trash phone number. Shame on this method and those that do this. What a fraud.
