5 Star Treatment Premium Logo Designer was great from start to finish designing my logo for my business. The artwork was amazing, premium logo designer even trademarked and copyrighted the logo so no one could use it but me. Five star service.

I needed a couple of logos fast and Amy… I needed a couple of logos fast and Amy and the folks at Premium Logo Designer were able to satisfy my needs. The billing piece (how it appeared on my credit card statement) was strange, but other than that they did a good job and I would use them again.

Quick and Quality I needed a quick but quality logo and business card put together and delivered. I was very happy with the communication and understanding the team had with my needs. I was able to have multiple revisions without any complaints or hesitation. The cost was above what I would’ve initially expected.. but with the quality of both the logo and cards, I couldn’t be happier.

Just a Nightmare! Go with a local company where you can visit thei office. I hired the company to create a logo for my company. once I paid for the service they were slow and were not reading the list of items that needed to be completed. I paid a good amount but everytime we moved to next step there was another fee for services adding thousands of dollars to the original charges they failed to inform me about. Now knowing this I was uncomfortable for them to host my new website so I went with another company. 2 years later they contacted me and are trying to charge me an additional $1150 to remove my intellectual property since my original contract has expired. They are threatening me with leagal issues unless I take down my logo. I paid for the logo, and also did not get the 3-D logo I paid for but a 2-D logo,! I am being threatened by them with a potential $60,000 fine for copyright infringement unless I take the logo down? Their IP Paralegal Mark Wilson was also unprofessional by threatening me with a lawsuit 15 minutes after his initial request for me to take the logo down. I have to admit, i was unprofessional as well after having no contact with the company for a year and a half, be threatened and extorted for more money. Please go wicth a company that is local where you can visit their office and talk with them in person. Dealing with a company in another state is very complicated if they dont care about your business. This is my second review of this company, the first one over a year ago has gone missing.
