GBJanuary 2021 I hired Randolph and… January 2021 I hired Randolph and Michael with Downtown Designs to develop an APP for me. I paid the required payment. They made a logo that was okay. All the work provided was substandard. They did 1 landing page that took weeks. I provided all the content proofed and edited myself several times after numerous errors. I always had to followup with Michael. December 1 year later I pulled the plug as they wasted my time and I still today have no app. My experience was to get my app not to get played. Which I did. My landing page was showing pornography information when you click book me. I asked for a full refund. Many times through this process. I have been ignored with no callbacks nor emails. I do not recommend this company. They are very nice and pleasant to speak with great salesmen but, unorganized non professionals. I lost one year of my time which I’m unable to retrieve. My contract listed 3 months. I tried to work with them with no avail. Karla A.

GBI would recommend all my references to… I would recommend all my references to connect with Downtown Design Services for all their digital marketing needs. They are expert in this field and a complete 5 star rating on the delivery of the said product and quality. Their main USP is constant update to the client on the update of the project and even providing service after delivering the project. Kuddos to the team!!

GBAnnoying company Bought one logo months ago; never used said logo. To be fair, the company's designers did a good job, however, they won't stop contacting me. I've been called and emailed numerous times with requests to leave them reviews and solicitations for new products. If you want somebody to leave a good review or come back for more business then don't harass them with every contact method they provided

GBIt has been over 6 months since I have… It has been over 6 months since I have started working with Downtown Design Services, and sadly, the website is still not complete, yet I keep finding myself giving them more money. The website was launched a few weeks ago and it was done so without a payment option, a video for another company in another country, the blog content not completed yet left up in it's original format in another language. The writen content that was provided to me was full of grammar mistakes and did not make sense. I had to re-write it all and still paid the full price! I have felt for months that we were not a good match, and it wasn't anything personal, but I wanted them to stop the work and honor their "100% satisfaction garauntee" refund, so that I can find a company that I was a good fit for. The lip-service has been top notch! I was told that everything was completed except for a few things, and that I couldn't get my refund back because of this. Well, it turned out that weeks (almost a month) later, those things were NOT done and I had to remind them to do so, for the 4th time. These are things that should have been caught before submitting for review. It seems as though that they would just submit projects without looking them over. It would get so frustrating that this was the type of quality that I would receive- yet time and time again, it would happen to no end. The fact that I am writing this review saddens me, as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and redeem themselves, but enough is enough. Everytime that I look at my website, they keep making changes that take away from its quality, while NOT fixing what I asked for; like adding the blog content that I paid for, but am not happy with how it is written. I have to have someone else re-write it for me, but I wanted it up so there was something besides content written in another language. Dudley has always spoken nicely to me on the phone when I would address these issues, but sadly, the follow through was poor (sorry Dudley :( ). However, I do appreciate his time and efforts over the past several months... I have given this company more than my budget has allowed (which is completely my fault), but now I am going to have to find a nother company to fix the website and the content that I have paid them to provided. I tried to cancel the Social Media and SEO package, way before they started to work on it, but I was denied. Now, I find myself in a hard spot as I do not feel comfortable continuing working with them, but the social media is still in their hands. I am hoping that there is a silver lining to all of this, and that I can get some sort of refund like they advertised all over their website and hopefully be able to write another review stating that we were able to chalk it up to not being a good fit, but we shall see... I would say that communication has been a huge set-back. English seems to be everyone's 2nd language and I had a hard time getting what I meant to be understood. Which, when you have several projects that you are working on, it can be frustrating. It was something that I have noticed from the beginning, which makes sense as to why the written content did not flow correctly. Regardless, I still should not have had to pay for something that had to be re-written. For everyone that has had great experiences with them- I am happy for you- as this process should feel awesome to see the results that bring your company to life. And I honestly hope that people keep having such experiences- this just was not mine and I have giving them since January to provide me with the quality to write a great review. Unfortunately, I am cutting my losses and will have to see what I can fix on my own. I wish the best of luck to everyone! Sincerely, Rachel
