Excellent Customer Service I can't speak highly enough about their superb customer service. I worked with Ben who walked me through the initial application via IM (as a new and busy entrepreneur this was a lifesaver!), he was very patient with me as we went through the development stage and I asked for several tweaks and color options for our new company logo. I truly value and respect his creative eye and his feedback throughout the entire process. We will continue to use DTDS for any future design needs.

I understand they cannot create content for you but they will not proof read any of it. Misspelled words, poor grammer and punctuation. When it was all done and the contact form didn't work it was an extra fee to fix it. Once I paid again, it still wasn't right and had to throw a tantrum to get it fixed. I will never use them again. Guess what? Annoying company Bought one logo months ago; never used said logo. To be fair, the company's designers did a good job, however, they won't stop contacting me. I've been called and emailed numerous times with requests to leave them reviews and solicitations for new products. If you want somebody to leave a good review or come back for more business then don't harass them with every contact method they provided

Best Service & Response Time I was worried I might have made a mistake when choosing the place that would make me a logo because I'm very new to business and am still learning. I'm so glad I came across this business. I got my logo done in a day and it's exactly what I wanted. Even knowing I'm a minor, they treated me no different and with utmost respect. They even went as far as to get a member of their legal team to teach me more about laws regarding copyright, trademarks, etc. I will be sure to recommend and thank them when my business is fully up and running.

This wasn't my first time hiring an app development company and hands-down I'm more than happy that I went for downtown. Communication was fantastic and the final result was beyond expectations.
