very bad experience very bad experience. They could not finish a small project, they are not organized at all. Horrible customer service. I will never spend a penny here.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! I found this company after doing a google search last year and hired them to create my web page and provide hosting for the year, create a logo and I paid extra to file my trademark. Well here we are almost a year later and they haven't provided registration information for my tradematk, I have no websiteand its apparent that they don't know how to engage their customers. When a new business comes to you and hires you to build their website they expect to be engaged with calls, emails, and ideas to bring the project together. The emails sent were generic and limited in information. So here i am a few weeks away from the day I hired LogoDynasty to create a webpage, business logo etc and i have yet to be able to connect the dots in knowing what I have to do to get this started. To make matters worse they created logos for my company with a TM that they were paid extra for and I found out in November 2021 that there was no Trademark and since November I have been in contact with Alleana Lopez and she's not been able to tell me where my money went. I can't even use the logos with the trademark because they NEVER FILED MY TRADEMARK CORRECTLY AND IT HAS SINCE BEEN CLOSED. The address they list as a business adress comes back to a building that is commonly used as virtual offices in Los Angeles. You call their telephone # and their voicemail is full and the emails asking for information are now being returned. Do your research!

Worst service ive ever had they keep me… Worst service ive ever had they keep me waiting for more than a month, changing designers, more than 2 weeks saying to me we will send you the info tomorrow or in an hour... excuses to make a simple adjustment. I dont recomend logo dynasti at all

You don't want to work with these guys! It took me a while to find a person who could speak real English and didn't sound like a phone scammer From India. They only think about how they can ripe you off. Even when you call them 3 months after you confirmed what you want and had already paid for it, asking where it is, they treat you like you're an idiot. In total, they Drug it out for 7 months. Oh, and they get really rude when you call out their bull s***.
