Patient understanding Phil and his team earned every one of their five stars. When we started working together I did not have a clear idea of what I wanted my webpage to look like, I just knew I did not want a cookie cutter approach. So a lot of the process was trying out designs and making changes along the way. Some changes were small, some large but Phil and his crew were always patient and willing to try out new ideas that I came up with. I felt like I was part of their team. They did a great job and delivered a website that fit my personality and my work.

Nice people but not capable of building… Nice people but not capable of building a functional website. I will be kind and spare the details. Don’t waste your money with them, because trust me, they will figure out how to take it!

I am writing an honest review of this… I am writing an honest review of this company called Webzterz and I will give you a quick rundown of what my experience has been. I have been holding back writing this review in hopes of getting my site. Unfortunately, that ship has sailed. The biggest thing I can tell you is these guys lie about everything. They gave me an estimated timeframe of 12 to 16 weeks for completion. I have been waiting for my site for 1 full year and they are still jerking me around. Through the year Roy from Webzterz has continually come up with extra things I would need to purchase and to date my price for the site has almost tripled! Roy has asked me for favors to make early payments and one example of this is he promised me they would get the site done by months end and he says if the site isn’t 100% done by then that he would refund the money out of his pocket, but then months pass and nothing gets refunded, he just acts like he never made the promise or just changes the subject when I bring it up. They are professionals at up-charging for things that are not needed but they will tell you that you must do it for them to move forward with your site. Usually about once a month Roy will text me and ask for a payment usually it’s some sort of an extra or at minimum a payment towards the contract but then they stop working on the site right after I make the payment, then after about a month and after they do some minor things on the site so it looks like they are getting closer to completion they will give you the call that you need to pay for another new item or need to pay early on the contract again and will always dangle a promises if you pay today they will have the site done shortly. Every month this will happen like clockwork. I am not sure if this is company policy to go after every dollar they can get or if it is just the employees doing it because they get a percentage of the upcharges. Either way it is so unprofessional that these people need to be stopped and I will do my best to do just that regardless of the cost. This will be my #1 focus moving forward. The site was going to be a hobby for me but now my hobby will be pursuing these guys so that I get every dollar that I spent including court costs, interest on my money and of course my Attorney fees. If anyone has any information of who the actual owners are then please let me no if not my Attorney will figure this out pretty easily. I am told they rent a “Virtual Office” with a receptionist/answering service, to seem legit but they do not have an actual physical office in the states. I have people looking into this though and I will be making a complaint to the landlords R---s and let them no what these guys are doing. If anyone has any additional information about these guys, please post and save me the time of chasing them. I will give updates as much as possible and I encourage you all to do the same as this is the only way to get the word out and stop them from scamming people out of their hard-earned money. I plan on making a complaint to the BBB as well.I

WARNING - SCAM ALERT WARNING: SCAM ALERT!!! These guys are con artists. They will initially take care of you but eventually they will start calling saying you need to pay for this or that service or your website will go down. If you don't pay, they take the site down and blame Google or Wordpress. Happened to me a couple of times even though I was able to prove they were the ones who took the site down. THEY EVEN ADMITTED TO IT! I've spent the last month trying to get them to transfer my domain since they allowed my SSL to expire and will not renew it unless I pay another $1000. I paid them $250 to transfer my domain, they promised it would happen, but then said I would have to take down a previous negative review and promise not to post anymore before they released it. Well, after another week of being lied manipulated, I still don't have it. They have even threatened me again saying that if I post another negative review, I will never see my domain again. Oh well. I doubt I ever would anyways. Btw, they use virtual addresses and fake names to make it seem like they are in the US, but do a little research and you find out they are in Pakistan. They also operate under other company names like: Tekversify, Vox Web Media, Redline Animations, Cloud Animations, and Hexadigital.

WEBZTERZ REALLY BAD TEAM & BAD PLATFORM. That’s cheating group lead by some of Indian & Pakistani cheating peoples . They think cheating is a one kind of business. Very bad peoples work there. I waste time like 4 months and $1950.00 but they don’t give me nothing . They are really toxic people. My real experience with them very very bad. My advice to the American 🇺🇸 peoples ‘please ignore that’s kind of cheating & toxic people’s.
