Don’t trust the money back guarantee Don’t trust the money back guarantee. I payed 500 dollars for 3 illustrations and after not getting what they promised. I asked for a refund. Iam waiting a month already for my refund. I email them I don’t get a response. When I go into the live chat they tell me you will get your money within 3 days. Week later still received anything. Feels like a scam!

Happy with the final product The team at Nexus Illustration is super supportive and patient. The people working there are very professional and there artists are very talented. Lastly, communicating my ideas was super easy and I am very happy with the final product.

Fraud - stole my credit card Nexus lured me in with their Google ad and introduction project fee of just $49. I signed up for it and paid online via credit card. Then I got multiple emails asking for payment again and saying, "check your account, we promise we didn't charge you yet". I thought that was odd. Hours later, my bank froze my credit card and it turns out they charged my card 10 times! My bank is taking care of it with their fraud department and I did submit a fraud report to Google Ads.

This has been an absolute nightmare… This has been an absolute nightmare experience. I was told two weeks for four illustrations and received one that looked like a fifth grader drew it. I have disputed their charge with American Express. I highly do NOT recommend them or their services.
