Unclear Never received the results for one of the tests sent back. But the second one they good enough refunded. Lack of communication

QuickDNA seller Trickster I Have bought the quick test DNA on february 4 2023. Miracously, my mother acknowledged me without make te test and I sent back it with DHL courier and delivered on february 14 2023. But quickDNA seller had not refund me. Never. So you don't buy from this seller becouse they are thief! Trickster!

Quick DNA stole 300€ from me!!! Quick DNA stole 300€ from me!!! The DNA tests never arrived! I've spent more than a month trying to get a refund. So here is my advice to you: Save yourself the headache and explore other, more reputable options. Quick DNA it's a scam. Oh and by the way remboursement are not possible and you have to contact the carrier if you have an issue. This is the worst customer service eveeeeeer

Very disappointed by this service Very disappointed by this service. I sent a sample in beginning of September 2023 and no news from them at all. A month later, yes I waited patiently, I sent them an email asking about my DNA sample. They didn't even know if they had it or no. After a few days with no answer I pinged them again and I received an email with a pdf a week later. Supposedly the results. I opened the pdf and it didn't contain anything except two lines. I had to send an email back and say you sent the wrong pdf. At that stage I blamed myself for doing this experiment with them at the first place. How could I trust people with my DNA who aren't even able to send a pdf!
