Scam Far too many times I’ve finished a survey only for the website to tell me I didn’t meet the criteria and award me 3 points or for it to completely skip to the start of a new survey. Customer support don’t care. It is a complete and utter scam. They steal your time and opinions and leave you with nothing to show. Don’t use.

I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it… I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it exists!) I do a lot of companies. This is the one that doesn’t trust. They always make up excuses like you don’t meet guidelines but never mentioned what guidelines then refused to paying. Don’t trust them for anything.

I requested Amazon gift cards as… I requested Amazon gift cards as rewards, once in April 2023 and then around October. They never sent the gift card codes, never paid. I emailed customer support several times about not getting April Amazon order. No reply. Thought I would try ordering a card one more time, and again they never sent the card, although points were always taken off. Ipsos used to be a good company, don't know what happened to them.

SCAM- beware will close once you… SCAM- beware will close once you accumulated enough point to redeem and specify that “they had the right to terminate” it’s unfortunate and sad.

Too few survey opportunities I have been a member for a few weeks now. I have been offered 18 surveys, and I have completed only 5 of those, despite attempting them all within a few hours of being notified. Those other 13 are described as mostly "quota full" (8) or "non-qualify"(5). Even those surveys completed pay only about $AUD1.50. They need higher quotas to allow more surveys to be completed, or pay higher rates per survey. It's not currently a satisfying experience.
