They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!? Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!! Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)

if it looks like a scam it probably is i feel personal data is more important than `pie in the sky` offers. There is nothing personal about the letter sent `resident` and from what i read here there is nothing beneficial to be gained . Scams via text, phone calls and now mail, no doubt they will capitalize from a few of these letters but mine is being `recycled`waste.
