I requested Amazon gift cards as… I requested Amazon gift cards as rewards, once in April 2023 and then around October. They never sent the gift card codes, never paid. I emailed customer support several times about not getting April Amazon order. No reply. Thought I would try ordering a card one more time, and again they never sent the card, although points were always taken off. Ipsos used to be a good company, don't know what happened to them.

Rude caller & absolutely no respect for people Received calls at inconvenient times (Sunday morning, Monday night when I'm spending time with family) and very rude staff saying 'oh you sound distracted' when I was trying to look for a quieter spot to listen to him. I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it… I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it exists!) I do a lot of companies. This is the one that doesn’t trust. They always make up excuses like you don’t meet guidelines but never mentioned what guidelines then refused to paying. Don’t trust them for anything.

Deceptive and unethical business practices - waste of my bloody time! Every goddamned survey coming from IPSOS is the same bloody thing - screening out right in the middle or 3/4 through the survey. When it happens, it is not during qualification or screener, but in the middle or end of survey, where GENERAL questions are asked, and no, these are not failing quality checks either only general opinion ones. Abruptly screening you out. I am fed up of having my bloody time wasted each and every time I take a survey from that provider. This company should be investigated by the FTC in my opinion, too many similar complaints and issues. I recommend people avoid taking survey from this provider.

Total scam avoid avoid!! Total scam avoid avoid!!! Spent hours completing surveys, earned enough points (over 1300) for a pitiful £10 voucher. When trying to redeem the points a message pops up saying ‘oops you don’t have enough points to redeem this reward’. When I contacted them they told me they’d terminated my account no explanation given or no attempt to honour what I’d earned. Complete waste of time and a con!!!
