I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it… I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it exists!) I do a lot of companies. This is the one that doesn’t trust. They always make up excuses like you don’t meet guidelines but never mentioned what guidelines then refused to paying. Don’t trust them for anything.

I requested Amazon gift cards as… I requested Amazon gift cards as rewards, once in April 2023 and then around October. They never sent the gift card codes, never paid. I emailed customer support several times about not getting April Amazon order. No reply. Thought I would try ordering a card one more time, and again they never sent the card, although points were always taken off. Ipsos used to be a good company, don't know what happened to them.

Always problems with logging in as not… Always problems with logging in as not recognising password or email address, changed so many times and totally lost interest now. Deleting account also.

Used to be wonderful Was genuinely great until they released a new site without any testing. It now emails non-existent surveys two or three times a day. Regularly breaks mid (or usually towards the end) of a survey without any chance of restarting so a loss of time and points. Held off reviewing for a while as one would expect a few teething troubles but it's been a disaster for over a month now and the incessant emailing has worn thin.

Trash Trash. They were good for a min then they just will shut ur account off with no warning and take ur money. Make sure to stay cashed out with this junk company.
