Complete scammers who don't pay Complete scammers and data thieves Horrific experience - they email you every few day saying you are not tracking sending data (which I'm sure now is just their tactic to not pay as I have all their software installed and running). They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!? Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!! Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)

Deceptive and unethical business practices - waste of my bloody time! Every goddamned survey coming from IPSOS is the same bloody thing - screening out right in the middle or 3/4 through the survey. When it happens, it is not during qualification or screener, but in the middle or end of survey, where GENERAL questions are asked, and no, these are not failing quality checks either only general opinion ones. Abruptly screening you out. I am fed up of having my bloody time wasted each and every time I take a survey from that provider. This company should be investigated by the FTC in my opinion, too many similar complaints and issues. I recommend people avoid taking survey from this provider.

if it looks like a scam it probably is i feel personal data is more important than `pie in the sky` offers. There is nothing personal about the letter sent `resident` and from what i read here there is nothing beneficial to be gained . Scams via text, phone calls and now mail, no doubt they will capitalize from a few of these letters but mine is being `recycled`waste.

TV monitoring, aggressive phonecall, refuses to delete me from their system. I veebally agreed to the TV monitoring survey after a nice gentleman door stepped me, then googled it and the amount of negative reviews had me change my mind. They have been calling me weekly every since. Having heard they can be pushy I decided to now answer the call. I answered it today to be met with a very rude arrogant woman who wouldn't accept I didn't want to take part, she refused to take me off their system and said she will call again to see if I decided to go ahead, I assured her I will not and I want my details removed but she kept talking over me aggressively, I was being nice too. She wouldn't accept that I just didn't want to do it anymore ,that was my reason, she wouldn't accept it at all and refused to delete my details. I will be taking this further. I have read how pushy they can be but never expected it to this extent. I woukd avoid them at all costs.

Scam Far too many times I’ve finished a survey only for the website to tell me I didn’t meet the criteria and award me 3 points or for it to completely skip to the start of a new survey. Customer support don’t care. It is a complete and utter scam. They steal your time and opinions and leave you with nothing to show. Don’t use.
