GBSCAM- beware will close once you… SCAM- beware will close once you accumulated enough point to redeem and specify that “they had the right to terminate” it’s unfortunate and sad.

GBTotal scam avoid avoid!! Total scam avoid avoid!!! Spent hours completing surveys, earned enough points (over 1300) for a pitiful £10 voucher. When trying to redeem the points a message pops up saying ‘oops you don’t have enough points to redeem this reward’. When I contacted them they told me they’d terminated my account no explanation given or no attempt to honour what I’d earned. Complete waste of time and a con!!!

GBComplete scammers who don't pay Complete scammers and data thieves Horrific experience - they email you every few day saying you are not tracking sending data (which I'm sure now is just their tactic to not pay as I have all their software installed and running). They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!? Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!! Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)

GBGood luck trying to cancel! I have been attempting to cancel my account. The site will not accept my email, password, or even phone number, yet I have received email from them. The page says it will send me "a unique 6 digit code" to my email. Nope. Nothing is there after 4 tries. Checked my spam folder, nothing there either. I have messaged customer service and as of yet have had no response. I am so careful about putting personal info out there, and like an idiot, I signed up for this. They got everything from me. I cannot believe how stupid I was. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. If you are even thinking about joining, run. Do not walk. Save yourself a ton of regret, frustration, and aggravation. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. 1 is far too generous.

GBThere ARE rewards but the system is laggy There definitely ARE rewards. I've personally cashed in my points for a lovely organic dress from French Connection and also gift vouchers which we spent on a dinner out. They do call to remind you to uplaod your data if you happen to be out of range or offline for a day or so, which is a bit annoying but understandable and is not too bad. The bummer is that every time I go to sign into the Rewards Catalogue it doesn't recognise my email, then I have to email ipsos who tell me my email is registered and should work and then I have to do a password reset. This has happened about 5 times in just a few months, add on the several times the site has been down for maintenance or whatever. Extremely frustrating!
