Grateful for the outcome Grateful for the outcome; process could be better. The communication with the sales rep was quick and clear, but felt pushy at times. I think part of this is due to how saturated and competitive the market is. He was respectful and answered my questions, but there was a lot of back and forth about the details as well as negotiating fees. I would have preferred all of the details up front so I could easily compare - and I would have liked much more transparency about the fees and the company backing the LOC from the get-go.

SPEED! I submitted an inquiry for biz funding on Friday morning and received an immediate call from AJ who was able to take my situation and immediatly let me know if I was fundable and how quickly that could happen. He and his supervisor Golum, tag teamed all day with excellent communication via text and email in an attempt to get me funded that same day. I needed a $0 balance letter from a former lender which I secured after close of biz on Friday and Monday morning finalized funding with funds in my account on Monday afternoon! These guys are great at what they do and highly responsive. I have worked with several biz finding brokers and these guys are the best I have worked with. They are fast, professional and kind. I will definitely use them for my biz financing needs in the future.

I did a search for small business loans… I did a search for small business loans through google and to no surprise, got dozens of e mails immediately. And also one of the texts I received was from Peter Guzman from Capfront. He was excited at the prospect of working for me it was very evident and caught my attention quickly. Throughout the process he remained upbeat, positive, and confident he would come through for me. Even when I did get a bit obnoxious with him due as it seems now, to my lack of knowledge in the loan industry. But Peter kept positive, didn't take it to heart and in the end did EVERYTHING he said he would and funded my much needed loan.
