The help bot and articles are also the greatest I've experienced (I usually get annoyed by help bots, but theirs is actually helpful lol) I was able to figure many things out myself. Finally ONE software for it all! I have tried multiple CRM / Project Management / Invoicing / Contracting / Payments / Expenses softwares than out there. Most of these handle one or two aspect and not all, leaving me (and my clients) trailing from one place to the next to complete admin tasks.
