Why I place Moxie above other CRMs There are two major factors that set Moxie ahead of the rest in my eyes (asides from the incredible level of functionality it has!): * The user experience. It's just so much more user-friendly than pretty much any other CRM I've tried my hand at over the years. Everything is laid out well, it's easy to find things. UX = awesome. * The community and Moxie support. The FB group for Moxie is super active, and incredibly supportive - the Moxie team are in there all the time, assisting members. I haven't seen another platform do that to this level. I've been so blown away by the positives of this platform, I'm a Moxie 'lifer' at this point!

I love this product I love this product. It has all instruments that I need in my freelance management. It's fun to explore and has many features that I can customise. The same excitement I have from using Notion. So if you like it too, I think Moxie would be good for you. The best thing is Customer support: they have huge knoledge base, lively facebook group and chat, that is quick with responses.

The help bot and articles are also the greatest I've experienced (I usually get annoyed by help bots, but theirs is actually helpful lol) I was able to figure many things out myself. A life saver for new freelancers A life saver for new freelancers. Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you're comfortable in there, you'll crush it. I love the ease of creating agreements, setting up payments, and the pipeline feature is awesome and so helpful. I'm not even a power user and it's already helped me book clients and get paid - exactly what it's supposed to do. Highly recommended!
