AUWhy I place Moxie above other CRMs There are two major factors that set Moxie ahead of the rest in my eyes (asides from the incredible level of functionality it has!): * The user experience. It's just so much more user-friendly than pretty much any other CRM I've tried my hand at over the years. Everything is laid out well, it's easy to find things. UX = awesome. * The community and Moxie support. The FB group for Moxie is super active, and incredibly supportive - the Moxie team are in there all the time, assisting members. I haven't seen another platform do that to this level. I've been so blown away by the positives of this platform, I'm a Moxie 'lifer' at this point!

GBA life saver for new freelancers A life saver for new freelancers. Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you're comfortable in there, you'll crush it. I love the ease of creating agreements, setting up payments, and the pipeline feature is awesome and so helpful. I'm not even a power user and it's already helped me book clients and get paid - exactly what it's supposed to do. Highly recommended!

GBMoxie is a GAME CHANGER!!! Moxie is a GAME CHANGER!!!! I can’t believe I finally found a management platform that makes things SO simple to set up! It has everything you need and more in running a freelance business! I am in LOVE and can’t get enough! So so thankful to have found Moxie!

GBStupidly Good Support!!! Austin and Geoff helped me within minutes- literally minutes when I had a question about payment processing. Two separate times!!! Real humans with great senses of humor. And they were fairly stupid questions on my behalf as well, which goes to credit their patience. This tool is incredible and I am all on board with the community and people behind it. MMG Design will continue to use Moxie for all Graphic/Web Design projects moving forward. And you should too.

GBAlthough I think the features yare… Although I think the features are great, it feels like the company went too wide with the features before perfecting the base of the program. I’ve seen a lot of happy customers for the software but it wasn’t a good fit for me. I do appreciate their willingness to refund.
