It's just so much more user-friendly than pretty much any other CRM I've tried my hand at over the years. Everything is laid out well, it's easy to find things. UX = awesome. * The community and Moxie support. The FB group for Moxie is super active, and incredibly supportive - the Moxie team are in there all the time, assisting members. I haven't seen another platform do that to this level. I've been so blown away by the positives of this platform, I'm a Moxie 'lifer' at this point!
