Kind, understanding and helpful The gentleman I spoke with was kind, understanding and helpful. It is humbling to be in this position , so their compassion was appreciated. It brought an immense sense of relief, as I was drowning in debt- despite making huge payments toward those debts every month, they would get eaten up in interest. Now there is light at the end of the tunnel.
