The quick responses to questions and proofs was amazing and so rare nowadays. They gave me several proof options for my team to decide on and had no problem quickly giving me pricing options so we could decide on how many to order.

Making several changes was easy to do and again quick with the changes. As of this review I have not received the product so I can not comment on finished product yet.

New drafts were timely and they were extremely patient. Sending in examples was easy and the feedback I received was spot on. Highly recommend if you are interested in a high quality challenge coin.
