Is it a spam website?.....No Update on 7 Mar: After placing a complaint here, BrandPush started to respond quickly and finally, I got my articles posted and the full report afterwards. BrandPush do apologize for their bugs in email system (which make me unable to receive their email even today). However, customer service through the live chat is really helpful. So I change the rating from 1-star to 4-star here to reflect the true user experience. First comment on 26 Feb: No email received, no update, no reply after nearly placing order for 4 days. The chatbot offers little help. Even when I want to login my account, my password of the BrandPush account is not received at all. So regret not to create an account first before making the payment. Don't trust their words of ACCOUNT WILL BE CREATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. I wonder if all the 5-star comments are coming from genuine users or paid PR accounts. How can Trustpilot allow this kind of spam be listed?

Delivers on its promise I've used BrandPush twice now and they've delivered on what they promise. They achieved coverage in more than 400 online publications, with around 10 high quality ones along with regional and local publications. Customer support was excellent and their platform is user friendly and provides daily updates. Will use them again.

They really put together a wonderful press release that hit on all the major points I wanted it to. Which required minimal revision on my part. Then they were able to get the article published to over 400 media outlets! Will definitely be using them again moving forward.
