Another best part is how well it can handle approvals for youtube videos, since we run a News portal, approving video posts is very important and it does exactly what we needed. Support: I'm surprised with their support. they are always active to support. It's hard to manage thousands of users with this much active support. I appreciate their support. Pricing: It cost almost nothing as compared to competitors. Updates: If you discuss something new which is missing in their docs or software, they quickly update accordingly. I discussed about Instagram offset timing. They teach me about it and updated their documentation for customer support. This shows their dedication and focus. When mother company has focus on their service, this means you are in good hands. My request: I wish they include bulk upload & scheduling directly like "buffer", instead of excel sheet. although excel sheets make some things too easy as you drag & drop common options, but still we have to past content links which consume time.
