I find myself getting very irritated on lack of customer service, but when a company like yours, puts the customer first and understands integrity, you have earned a customer for life. I can’t begin to express my… I can’t begin to express my disappointment at receiving a beautiful “patriotic” coffee mug decorated with the Pledge of Allegiance (all packaged up in a red, white, and blue ribbon) that was made in China!! What about Buy American?! Disgraceful!! My mug ended up in my recycle bin, and I found another one that was actually made in the USA. I love it and will definitely buy more for gifts.
