I don’t like that I was not able to… I don’t like that I was not able to review my order before payment was completed. I do not like that I am not able to check on the progress of my order. I do not like that I do not have an estimated date for delivery. Because of these challenges, I will be seeking a new provider for my company’s promotional items in the future.

Pleasantly surprised. 10/10 service. I ordered 100 bands for an NGO event in Trinidad and Tobago. I was skeptical about the website, the 200 free bands seemed too good to be true. Said a prayer and hoped for the best because we did need the bands and needed enough time for them to be shipped out of the USA by our skybox company. The package came before time and in excellent condition, exactly as ordered and we received the 200 free bands as advertised. Customer service also responded promptly to all questions. 10/10 service, absolutely no complaints. Will recommend without reservation. Ours is a one day event so not too interested in the longevity of the prints but they do seem fine.

Very satisfied customer I was more than pleased with the ease of the website transaction and the fast delivery. The first time I attempted online ordering my credit card wouldn’t pass through and I called and spoke to one of the most pleasant, patient and helpful young ladies Zelia I believe was her name. I like the quality of the bands and the printing. I am now looking for other opportunities to allow me to place a second order.

Excellent Quality Easy to order. Excellent quality. Variety of options. Great value to dollar ratio. This is the second year we have purchased through Rapid Wristbands for our Memorial Day event. We will continue to do so and are looking into more purchases throughout the year as part of our merchandise.
