Their addresses are fake and have several other sites for their scams. They will even ask you to wire money which is a huge bell ringer. They will pressure you to send manuscript and money. Amazon only uses Amazon.com and all others are scammers with Ethiopian or Indian accents bcz they are from Pakistan. Do not be fooled. I have started multi level investigations and FTC is now aware. They may change their name and pop up again as Amazon publishing Pros or other …

Amazon Publishing Library is a scam Amazon Publishing Library is a scam, using the Amazon name to scam authors. I was scammed out of a lot of money for services I opted not to pursue. They said they'd refund my money. I've been trying since Nov. 2023. Nothing ever pending per my bank looking as far as Sept. The only thing I want to see is my money credited to my account. Not 30-32 days, not 12-15 days, not Stripe will call you to confirm... Apologies are usesless without a credit back to me. They brag about their BBB rating, that also cannot be verified. Do your research. Amazon, the worldwide ecom company does not provide publishing services. Countless publishing companies are using their the name or some variation of it to draw you in.
