GBThe ease of use of the Zencare platform… The ease of use of the Zencare platform is exceptional. The customer service has been great. I find that I receive clients who are a better fit through Zencare over any other directory I've used. My only complaint is number of referrals, though it has been more than enough to cover the cost of the service. I often recommend Zencare as my directory of choice to other MH professionals!

GBZencare is simply the best… Joining Zencare is simply the best marketing decision that I have made since starting my private practice. Nearly every single client with whom I’ve matched has been an excellent fit, and the return on investment has been phenomenal. I love Zencare!

GBI would leave zero stars if I could I would leave zero stars if I could. They are very pricey and sent me two client referrals in a year. These referrals did not subsequently follow up with me. So I received exactly zero clients from them after paying $600. I also had another peculiar incident with them and a prank client, but that’s all I will say for now on that for now. This is a numbers and traffic issue. Out of 10 referrals, one may schedule 3-4 clients because people change their minds the next morning, their insurance may not fit, scheduling conflicts, specialty requirements, etc.. other platforms offer more traffic. Save your money.

GBLooking to build your caseload? Try Zencare! I went into private practice for myself in the fall of last year and did a lot of research in terms of different marketing platforms. I received a recommendation for Zencare through a friend/colleague and decided to join based on the positive feedback I received. I officially made a year in Zencare this month and have received a quite a number of referrals. While the membership is a but on the pricier side, it has paid itself with the clients I continue to see. Some of the clients are still with me a year later. I have had a positive experience overall and the platform is easy to navigate!
