The ease of use of the Zencare platform… The ease of use of the Zencare platform is exceptional. The customer service has been great. I find that I receive clients who are a better fit through Zencare over any other directory I've used. My only complaint is number of referrals, though it has been more than enough to cover the cost of the service. I often recommend Zencare as my directory of choice to other MH professionals!

Zencare is simply the best… Joining Zencare is simply the best marketing decision that I have made since starting my private practice. Nearly every single client with whom I’ve matched has been an excellent fit, and the return on investment has been phenomenal. I love Zencare!

I would leave zero stars if I could I would leave zero stars if I could. They are very pricey and sent me two client referrals in a year. These referrals did not subsequently follow up with me. So I received exactly zero clients from them after paying $600. I also had another peculiar incident with them and a prank client, but that’s all I will say for now on that for now. This is a numbers and traffic issue. Out of 10 referrals, one may schedule 3-4 clients because people change their minds the next morning, their insurance may not fit, scheduling conflicts, specialty requirements, etc.. other platforms offer more traffic. Save your money.

I like being able to tell my clients… I like being able to tell my clients before they sign up for therapy what type of benefits they have! Makes for no suprises!
