This is a scam This is a scam. I canceled on the 23rd. I had to complete this action multiple times because it kept "undoing" and also took a screenshot of the cancellation. Today I was charged for the service and its an annual subscription. I called and there is a variety of AI type voices so I hung up and will dispute with the credit card company

Review from a long term user Deposit Photos has been my "go to" image site since 2011. They have an excellent selection of images and vectors. All are top quality. Their "Tools", especially their Background Remover, are excellent. The few times I have needed to contact their Help desk, the experience has been good, and my issue was resolved quickly. As a long time user, I highly recommend them.

When I contacted them to request that these be removed from my account and to pass on the feedback, I was told I'd receive an email. I have not received an email or any sort of update on the situation.

You make it incredibly hard to cancel You make it incredibly hard to cancel! I attempted to cancel and somehow, I am locked in to a one-year membership/subscription. I will not be renewing, nor will I refer people to Depositphotos.

This is my main image resource site What I like most is that I pay for my allotted downloads each month and if I don't use them all they turn over to the following month and so on...that way when I have a small project I haven't lost any value because when the bigger projects come up I still have plenty of downloads left. It's also extremely easy using the site and I appreciate the new tools that are available now.
